Good hotel, short walk from the beach and the strip. There was a spar underneath the hotel which was ideal as we didnt have to walk far for booze or food especially as we were self catering!! Myself and my friends booked with club 18-30 which provided us with amazing deals and we had wicked reps who helped us with anything we needed and got us out of any kind of trouble, they made sure we had a crazy time but looked after us at the same time, the holiday wouldnt of been the same without them :)

The hotel rooms were not very good standard. The hotels all inclusive was not very inclusive, if you had a wrist band you felt like you had lergy. All the staff were very rude and unhelpful. You could only get 1 drink at a time even though I had 2 broken toes and found it difficult to walk. There was no poolside snack bar, you could only eat at the restaurant. At the drinks hut shoved in the corner at the poolside the drinks selection was limited and you wasn't allowed a straw or a glass, only those who paid for drinks were allowed them, instead you had to drink out of paper cups. Once 11pm came the bar shut and you wasn't allowed to buy a drink or sit and finish your drink, you had to go sit in the reception area. The reception area had no free wifi or air conditioning. The food was foul, they hardly changed the meals from lunch to dinner, if you was hungry after 9pm there wasn't anything to eat. There was no bottles of water available at all, we had to buy from the local shop. Coffee and tea was only available at breakfast or between 3 and 5. Snack time was limited food. If you wanted an ice cream you had to go in the restaurant and get a bowl and eat it in there. This is the worst all inclusive we have all ever been to. We was told this was an adult only hotel but when we got there they were young children there. The lifeguard was very rude and wouldn't let us dangle our feet in the small pool, he came over screaming and shouting at us to get out and kicked over our sunbeds. There was no entertainment at all, at the pool they played music but next doors hotel music was better and louder. Also at night they just played music as there was no entertainment, when we asked they said they had it last year

just got back from a 4 day stay with 10 other girls.
After staying here a couple of times 10 year ago was looking forward to this time even more as we decided on the all inclusive option! What a big mistake. Not worth the money at all. The food was awful, only water with dinner and tea, the staff took away your plates before you had finished.....could go on and on.
The pool side "shack" was a joke, a scruffy little worn out hut right in the corner of the pool area which was only allowed one drink at a time, unless you slyly tipped the staff which is laughable.
The hotel lifeguard was rude and aggressive! Groups of lads throwing balls from one side of pool to another but us girls weren't allowed to hang our feet in the baby pool to cool down. They said it was for children only??? There was no children there and wasn't this advertised as a adult only 18-30 hotel???
The rooms were fine and hotel in General was very clean.
The keys to room we're forever breaking so haveing to be replaced all the time.
Wouldn't be in a rush to return to magaluf as at 32 felt way to old!! They were groups of kids that looked like were still at school.
Saying all this I had one of the best weekends ever with the girls and made the most of it. The weather was red hot! The drink flowed and we laughed from start to finish!
Fantastic company...just a shame about hotel!

Stayed here from 25th June 2014 - 2nd July 2014...

This had to be the best Holiday Ever, it was my 1st girls holiday & I took control & booked it all, when I was looking at hotels I read the reviews on here most of them where good others weren't but at the end of the day u can't please everyone....

Rooms & Hotel...

There where 6 girls including me, we had 2 apartments/Rooms (3 in each) & we went self catering, the rooms where cleaned every morning & beds changed every other day & fresh clean towels every day. Cleaners where friendly enough just got on with it. We didn't pay to use the safe & left phones, iPods, iPads, & money around & nothing ever went missing (I did worry about leaving things out at 1st). The pool is nice, & we always got sun beds, some mornings we didn't get to the pool till the afternoon.. You have to pay for Wifi to was €30 for 5 or 6 days I think..

MAINLY FOR GUYS..!! All through maga there are girls who are prostitute & offer u things just be careful as they actually pick pocket u..!!

Places to eat...

We didn't eat out every day, just outside the hotel on the right is a Spar shop so we all chipped in for milk, bread (Didn't have a toaster in the room tho) cereal, chirps just things to keep us going through the day, Smirnoff vodka is so cheap out here to, the cheapest I saw was €9 for 1Lt... There is also a cheaper & bigger shop out the hotel, across the road right near a taxi rank (always handy to know). The Chinese to the right of the hotel is nice & few places on the beach front we ate are also nice & you have a nice view...

Things to do...

The hotel has BCM ticket sellers (Mark is one he's lovely & from Essex) & reps, you'll get them coming up to u around the pool & telling u about the events but they never push you to buy. I can not advise u enough to do the BCM Boat Party on a Saturday this was my best day/eve out of the hole holiday, it was €50 (I know sounds a lot) but u get a bar crawl on the Friday night, Boat Party 3-6 this is full of games but they don't force u to play & u don't even have to watch if u don't want to... There not as bad as the ones u see on the TV lol... U have to pay for drinks on the boat not aloud to take your own drinks on they search u before u get on (So pre drink) the DJ on the boat was amazing new how to get a party started.. The €50 also included entry for the Saturday eve into BCM club where there was a UV,Foam & Water party this was literally AMAZING...!!! Also it's a free bar....!!

DO NOT buy tickets off people that come round to your room of an evening, We had boys mainly come to our hotel room which they are not aloud to do the security guy should stop them but because they don't have a uniform they just look like they are staying there... We made the mistake of buying & doing another boat party because the BCM one was so good we thought wed do another & it would be similar (How wrong were we) it was €50 again & that was a boat party on a yacht with free Grey Goose & to stop in a cave for a UV rave
(that's wot they told us) they also gave us a VIP band for no extra cost (The band means nothing at all) wot we got was an 1hr waiting at another hotel then a coach trip to our yacht which was actually a pirate ship...!! There was 1 bottle of Grey Goose as we got on then after that it was some vile stuff just put into the bottle that taste like Sambuca but was pink... & there was no cave...!! Went out to see for an hr or so could see Ibiza then came back... As u can imagine we were all very annoyed..!!

The Strip was about 10 mins walk for us but we did get a taxi only because of EVERYONE hassling u to go into there bar/club... Towards the end of the week wed had enough of that....

Hope this helps you on your holiday... I am so very jealous if your going out there I didn't want to come home..!!!

We stayed here in April as a group of 12 on a hen party. I had been to Magaluf when i was 17..I am now 30 so was a little worried about what to expect. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised, the rooms were spacious and clean, the only problem was the shower it had a habit of leaking everywhere when ever used, but no biggy.

Drinks were plentiful, from the little orange hut at the corner of the pool, the only negative with this..you could only get one at a time, so it made it hard work if you were sat at the opposite end of the pool, it was a walk to get one drink which you had more than likely finished by the time you got back to your lounger, the daf tthing is this applies to soft drinks too.

Food: Was a little bit samey but for the duration we were there we always found something to eat without always having chips...O mean youre in Magaluf your hardly expecting Gordon Ramsay style food in a 3 star hotel are you .

I found it a little odd that there were kids in this hotel as there was absolutely nothing to do, I must admit its a stag and hen heaven , and everyone is up for having a laugh and a good time, definitely avoid if you want a quiet relaxing holiday

I think the complainers on here need to re evaluate their budgets next time they go on holiday for what we paid the hotel was brilliant, it was clean and the food was edible and for somewhere like Magaluf i think thats all that matters ,

The people staying at this hotel are nearly all young, obviously Magaluf is a young place and is a magnet for stags and hens, so I have to say how nice the majority were. Pleased with our apartment it was huge compared to the usual you get, with balcony and kitchen. It can get noisy around the pool specially if my mrs started laughing. The beach was great we split our time between the two. Food is everywhere you don't have to ever cook, we didn't. Got a great deal at this place and would recommend to younger travellers and those with a young mind.

Brilliant hotel, no fails..... Food was good, staff happy to help with anything. Fab location for the clubs and nightlife, home in fifteen minutes with a kebab.... Great beach loads of choices for lunch just by the beach so we stayed there all day long. Got back with an ace colour, ten more snapchatters and an urge to book for another week.....
