I will hopefully put to bed the myth about this hotel. I have just returned from a 10 night A/I stay returning 16/04/2014 To begin with this is a no frill hotel everything about it is antiquated and you are made to feel uneasy as a A/I guest and constantly, reminded. I have stayed in better 3 star Apart-Hotels Sea view is wasted as balcony in constant shade, pool is for Antarctic training as it is freezing. The food is acceptable but you will never see a joint being carved. The rooms are of normal size and the only English channel is the BBC world service (ugh) beds are made and towels changed everyday but floors were never mopped the whole holiday. Staff friendly especially Tarisca reception manager and Almodena the waitress the Hotel was full as season just kicking in and they struggled to cope in every department. The Holiday cost £1750.00 with Jet2 which was sadly not up to the 4* standard as advertised I honestly think this hotel should be re-graded to 3* and I would not return hope this has been of help and I feel it is a true and honest review

Room Tip: Higher floors are quieter

Just returned from a week b&b in the Comodoro,we had a lovely time here the hotel is in a great location with wonderfull sea view rooms. The rooms are basic but are very very clean with bath/shower and toilet and plenty of space to hang your clothes. Maid service is good rooms cleaned every day and towels changed 5 times in the week,we only had breakfast once as we would rather eat out the breakfast was standard hotel food with plenty of choice for everyone all in all a very nice stay and would recommend hotel.

Had a fab time here with the girls, excellent value for money. Food was good, not sure what people expect for All Inclusive!!! Staff were helpful. We went in May so wasn't busy - think in peak times could be a problem getting in the sun round pool as building is tall so shades a lot of the area. But its right on the beach so you can also go there. Very close to pubs but far enough away from the very noisy bars!!

We booked last minute on the last week of October 2013,the weather very warm that week. We loved the food with plenty of different choices every day. The hotel was lovely with clean spacious rooms along with fantastic views to sit and relax in. It very much is a 4star in my opinion especially the staff, the service and friendly welcome. Well situated with bars and restaurants all the way round. With Magaluf on the other side takes 10 mins to walk to. It was a nice relaxing time for me and my family. One night, the band played, even though the hotel was nearly at the end of season they played and sang, top class!!. Well done to Marta who works hard here with her staff. Hope to be back soon.:)
thanks again.

Room Tip: sea view and above 3rd floor perhaps.

We booked this hotel for a short break at the end of october. The hotel does not live up to its 4 star rating ,its a bit "tired", in need of some renovation. The staff however are 5 star, the food is very good also. The hotel is situated right on the edge of Magaluf , it did not prove to be a problem due to the time of year , but in high summer it might be an issue. The rooms are quite spacious , with a fridge and great views .Over all we would stay in this hotel again.

Room Tip: All rooms have sea views, but the higher up the better

Just returned on 6th October 2013 from the Comodoro hotel, the food was excellent and hot, the view from our balcony was breath-taking, the rooms were so spacious with 3 large mirrored wardrobes, the staff were so helpful , clean hotel with everything going for it, should be a higher rating!
The beautiful clean beach and view is a must. Do not be put off by any bad ratings as they are rubbish, my husband and I can't wait to go back and hopefully meet our new friends.
By the way as it was my birthday whilst I was there, a bottle of bubbly was sent to our room with 2 glasses,. Thank you Comodoro for making our holiday so special.

Room Tip: Every room looks on to the sea, we were on the 4th landing, no matter where you are it is very quiet...

Just returned from Comodoro having booked 3 days before and did not know what to expect. What a great place this is and it is all down to the staff and cleanliness of the hotel. The journey from the airport was a nightmare and took 2 hours due to having 17 drops so we were late in and Dinner was over. No problem says Marta the manager, just check in and come into the dining room and we have a plate of cold food for you, which was delicious, along with the wine she served us. That was the start of a great holiday at a very nice clean hotel were nothing is too much trouble for the well diciplined staff. The food at every meal time was excellent and all drinks served with a smile either in the dining room or from the bar. We think this hotel is run with great care to guests and everyone we spoke to were of the same opinion.
If you want to be looked after, in a great location, with excellent food and very attentive staff ( all under the guidance of Marta ) then this is the place for you.
