In May 2014 we went on a surprise 3 night birthday all inc trip. The location and views are excellent, the rooms were clean and we had a magnificent view of Palma Nova bay. The lady on reception desk could not have been more pleasant or helpfull. All the staff that we came into contact with we're pleasant and eager to please. The decor could have been better, it made the hotel looked as if it required updating. Meals were basic, personally I felt that there could have been a better selection. If you are looking to sunbath, be prepared to move around a restricted small swimming pool area.

Room tip: Ask for sea facing room upwards of the 4th floor. However these rooms lose the sun from about 11am daily

after returning from our holiday which we have been returning to the last 3 years i am apauled to say that the new manager this year was horific usually the managers are very helpful and always very polite and attentive this time was not the case, no hellos or greetings and usually only dirty looks and arrogant attitude.on more than a few occasions you could hear him shout but i was embarrased and apauled when trying to eat our evening meal, the manager was shouting and getting very angry with the barman and seemed very aggresive.the morning after i had to witness the same thing in reception but to one of the cleaning staff and really yelling yet again. and again i felt embarrased and disguited when i'm trying to relax in beautiful place. i feel so sorry for the staff as they are all great will definately think twice about returning

We went on the half term late may 2014. The location is perfect. On the beach. Lots of bars and restaurants within metres. Even Magaluf is only 5 mins away. The food was excellent. The meals were served with a bottle of wine not a glass. Loved it can't fault it.

Just returned from a 7 day holiday at this Hotel. Greeted on our arrival by a very pleasant lady on reception who made us feel very welcome. we had e-mailed in advance to request a high floor, and she gave us a room on the eighth floor with a massive wrap round balcony with 2 sunbeds (Heaven). The view was amazing! Well pleased. The room was perhaps a little dated , but it was clean, loads of wardrobe and drawer space, a safe and a fridge, what more could you want. We liked the fact that it was mainly adults, I think we only saw 3 children! The food was mostly good, and the desserts to die for! We just had to go over the promenade when we wanted a swim in the sea. The staff were all very friendly, and I have never been in a hotel where the manager is so visible. It was a treat at meal times not to have the hustle and bustle of the larger hotels that we normally stay in. On check out day we were being picked up at 7.15am and we were given breakfast even though the restaurant did not open until 8am, which I thought was a nice touch. All in all we loved this Hotel and will be back next year.

Room tip: Higher floors have the better views, but all rooms have a sea view.

Returned yesterday after doing a 5 day all inclusive deal over the school holidays. Thankfully the sun was on our side too.

After reading some of the other reviews seems we had a rather more pleasant experience. The meals were always good and varied - fish dishes were pretty amazing. The staff always welcomed us and asked what we wanted to drink and duly brought whatever we requested including bottled water. Only downside we found as part of the ''All inclusive' deal is that only the draft cocktails were included which were pretty bad. We were told hand made ones would cost but the barman offered to make us some complimentary.

The room was a bit dated but was cleaned daily and fulfilled our needs.

Shame we had to pay extra for a safe key (should be a pre requisite in my opinion) and for Wifi which you need to keep logging into which got annoying. However Zen (buy a drink and ask for the code) next door had a good signal at least from our room and auto logged in so we ended up using that after paying for a 3 day pass.

location is great, right next to sea and attractions but also quiet late evenings when you're going to sleep.

Would quite happily recommend and visit here again.

Room tip: For a good room recommend the beech view and as higher floor as possible. For meals if you want a table outside you may have to wait a few minutes but if the sun is out, worth the wait.
