Have stayed many times in Majorca and this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, although only 3 star.
Situated on the outskirts of Palma Nova in a lovely quiet location, but still within a couple of hundred yards of the main shops, buses etc, but . Had a lovely room on 5th floor, very clean, balcony, unfortunately no air conditoning, hairdryers etc, you can rent them from reception about 11 euros a week, could not rent by the day, could be very hot in summer.
Food was excellent, buffet style, you can eat and drink all day long if you wanted! A/I as we were was local alcohol and not mean with measures, wine and water on tap in the restaurant.
Excellent pool area exceptionally clean and always sunbeds available when we were there, some of the sunbeds are older than others we noted that some people did put towels on the best beds very early in the morning, but did hot use them. Switch them over it they have not been used for hours, we saw some beds not having been used all day but towels laid across them all day long.
Great entertainment, quizzes and organised activites, such as crazy golf during the day fun entertainment every night. Did see David and he was superb, but the other reps are very good as well!
Free Wireless internet in reception which was great. Beds very comfortable no kettles or fridges in rooms but if you are a/i you dont need them.
Only 2 lifts which are very slow.
We booked independently and got a shared transfer from the airport through Resort Hoppa, has now got a desk at the airport would recommend as there were so many others doing the same as we did, and had many organised transfer buses all over the island.
There is a small raised area near the pool outside the restaurant which is difficult to see be careful as very easy to trip up.
Within easy reach of the airport especially if you are going for a short break. Loved it here and would deffinately return. Certainly the management has got it right here, very pleasant staff. Great hotel, lovely time.

just back from another fabulous holiday at hotel palmanova. This was our 8th time at this hotel and we are already booked for may 2012. The entertainment team this year are the best we have ever seen, david and angela were absolutely brilliant both with kids and adults. David Jenkins is a born entertainer and the hotel wasnt the same when he got sent to cover another hotel. We just hope he is back at hi palmanova when we go back in May. I think by the no. of people we meet each time we go to this hotel, who, like us go back time and time again, speaks for itself about how much we enjoy our holiday. Food if possible was even better than before, and cleanliness in hotel could not be faulted. Restaurant staff and bar staff very friendly. So to all the friends we meet up with each time we come on holiday, thank you for making our times so special.

Room Tip: High floors with a pool view are reccommended.

we stayed at the palma nova hotel on the end of september. roasting hot weather! myself,my wife, mother and father in law all had a brilliant time(even though i couldnt drink due to a chest infection). Weve read some reviews on here where people complain and moan ....all we can say is they must have been staying at a different hotel because every single staff member at the hotel was very friendly, polite and helpfull. we made many friends and are going to return next year! the entertainment team worked their backsides off to keep everyone laughing-my only complaint was they could be a bit loud! lol! we all thouroghly enjoyed our holiday there and cant wait to return asap! p.s-to anyone who was there at the same time as us.....thanks for the bingo win! :p jason, dawn, norma and billy from aberdeen scotland!

Room Tip: just enjoy life!

We have been here for 5 days of a 7 day all inclusive booked through Thomas Cook.

I emailed the hotel in advance requesting a room with a sea view on a high floor. They gave us a room on the first floor facing the road. The room was fine so we didn't ask for an exchange! Please note there is no hairdryer, fridge or coffee making facilities in the room. Our television wasn't working when we arrived so we reported this to Reception. It was repaired within an hour by their very helpful repair man. The only English channels available are News!

We arrived in a hire car and there is a barrier entry system for the hotel. You call reception via the intercom to get in. Car parking is limited but we always found a place and it is free!

The food is good with a fish option at lunch and dinner. The A/I drinks are good!

If you are going on a day trip that has been booked via the Rep or Hotel, you can order a “packed lunch” before 7 pm on the previous day. If you are going out for the day on your own, they will not do a packed lunch!

There is a free computer in Reception or you can use your own via free wifi.

Overall, a good hotel and I would definitely come back!

PLEASE READ THIS!
just got home from majorca today from the palma nova hotel, really sad to have left! didnt want to go home at all, everyone made you so welcome.

rooms - really big and clean (even if it didnt stay that way haha) good sized balconies too!
food - quite good and always something to eat for everyone, even if your fussy
location - excellent, literally around the corner and your on the beach front1

entertainment - this is mainly why i wanted to write a review, im 16 years old and the entertainment team were absolutely amazing!! made my holiday even more memorable! david and angela are absolutely brilliant. they are always working hard and are genuinly nice people. i cried when i was saying bye to them! miss them and everyone at the hotel.

weather was ROASTING. was always good to jump in the pool to cool down for a bit!

but i dont know why people moan about the sunbeds, its like that at every hotel. me and my family and friends didnt go down and get sunbeds till around 9.30 or later and we always got them no problem!

thankyou for an amazing stay, we will definitly be back! i miss it so much!!!
