I can only support what is said in other reviews. This hotel is excellent.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, and every where is kept spotless. The rooms are not spacious but very comfortable and all have sea views.

There is some good evening entertainment with cabaret shows, dancing, quizzes and bingo of course.

You cannot fault the food. There is always a good selection and if you are a fan of a cooked breakfast you will not be dissapointed.

My only negative would be that the pool area is a bit cramped and there is the usual morning rush, but not until 9.00am, there is however a ontrol mechanism to ensure that people do not leave towels on sunbeds for hours on end. The location right on the beach is brilliant so we avoided the pool and used the fantastic beach. It was worth paying the 10euros.

We were recommended this hotel to stay at which we did for the last two weeks in June. The location of this hotel is ideal, right on the front and the views from every room give a brilliant sea view. We were advised to request a room that would have either sun in the morning, or afternoon - we opted for the sun in the morning, and this was granted - it was wonderful to wake up to that view of the bay with the sun rising. Rooms were fine - nice added touches included tea and coffee making facilities (replenished each day), 2 bottles of water on our arrival, and a clean and well maintained room. The room also had a flat screen television with a lot of English channels (we were there for world cup, so my husband thought all his birthdays had come at once!). We had a cleaner every day, beds changed around 4 times during our fortnight, and kept clean and sparkling!

You can hire use of a safe in the room, and a fridge which was great for keeping drinks in, which we sat on the balcony at night drinking and people watching.

Being an adult hotel, the clientle is older, and as a young couple we were few and far between, however this didn't worry us at all, but it did seem a little clique at times, as obviously a lot of visitors went back year after year and met up with the same people each year. However, this paid off as the reputation of the hotel clearly had to be maintained. The food was really good - if you want authentic spanish food, then this isn't for you - however if you want really good choice of traditionally british food, then you can't go wrong here. The restaurant was kept clean and tidy by attentive staff, and really nicely decorated. Breakfast being served til 10.15 was also a god send for us!

The staff at the hotel - throughout were really friendly, spoke fluent English and nothing was too much trouble for them. We also found it useful when coming home that there were digital scales in the luggage room - this saved us excess baggage charges!

Highly recommend this hotel!

Enjoyed holiday at this hotel but was disappointed having read previous reviews. Room was relatively small with only one guest chair. Provision of toiletries was barely adequate and had to request replacements. Room maintenance standards were minimum acceptable. Dining facilities were nice and food good but a large amount of the food was 're-processed' left overs from day before. No quiet residents lounge with sofa's to relax. Did not feel this hotel compared well with similar standard hotels in Tenerife. I would rate as a good 3 star.

We stayed here for one week in June, what a lovely hotel this is. Superb position right on the beach with every room having a sea view, flat screen TV, safe and fridge. Also small number of Junior Suites available. Food excellent, something to suit everyone. Staff very friendly, a number of whom are English. Entertainment very good with some good class acts. As this is an adult only hotel people must realise that the age group who stay here are generally over forty. This hotel would probably not suit younger guests. No inflatables or balls games etc. There are some daytime activities which include shufflleboard and boules. A few guests took part in these activities but most people seem to just want to relax and chill out. There were some younger guests who also seemed to be having a good time.

Of all the hotels we have been to over the years this has to be the best one yet and we would certainly recommend it. Clientele mainly from the UK and Irish Republic. Best deals probably from the hotel's own website.

stayed in hotel for 5 nights on half board basis. It is centrally situated so convenient for all pursuits. Very friendly staff and holidaymakers too. Food excellent with lots of variety catering mostly for the brits. Bedrooms all with sea view and balcony - very comfortable and welcoming. Kept immaculately clean by hard working staff. Very flat location for anyone with mobility problems. Lovely promenade and lots of shops for shopaholics.
Entertainment in the evening quite good.
Would certainly use this hotel again. One of the best ones I've stayed in.
