My friend and I stayed for 4 nts from the 4 May 2014, we could not believe the noise, drunkenness, foul language from a group of girls and that was in the day time around the pool.felt sorry for families. we had to spend time on the beach to get away from it.Looking at the apartments information book it said respect other holiday makers , no loud music, etc. But as it was daytime they didn't seem to care that the majority were not happy, this was a lovely hotel resort a few years ago. So please be aware that May and June are when the 18 to 30s hit as I was informed at reception. They did change our room in the end,

Room Tip: Ask for a room away from main road as bedrooms are at back of apartment's so lots of traffic noi...

My partner and I our daughter and parents stayed at this hotel April 30th until 7th May 2014, we booked our hotel via Thomas Cooks website, after reading some reviews and the description of the accommodation we thought this would be great... "ideal for family's - great daytime & nighttime entertainment" is how it read... VERY WRONG!!!

Not one bit of entertainment neither daytime nor nighttime for the entire duration of our seven night stay, every time we asked at reception the hotel staff would just move the entertainment day off sign to the day we were asking about until they removed the entire board!!
The rooms are very average and in desperate need of updating, towels were possibly white ten years ago but now a strange shade of grey with holes in them and bedding isn't much better!
This place doesn't know whether it wants to be a 18-30 or a family hotel, daytime it's full of loud partying foul mouthed drunk teens shouting swearing and generally spoiling other guests holidays! It quiets down around 9pm until your woken at around 3am by fighting, swearing and the police! We did speak to a Thomas Cook rep and they told us even though we booked the hotel via Thomas Cook website and we paid and were invoiced by them it was actually under written by Holidays for u which is owned and operated by Thomas Cook so he couldn't help us any further!!
We then spoke to the hotel management about some of the behaviour and foul language being used whilst kids are playing and we're told it's NOT a family hotel and this information should of been removed from the website some time ago!

Overall if you want a relaxing, enjoyable family holiday don't book this hotel!!

Room Tip: Don't book.

Dear Guest,

Sorry for the late replay, we are now under new management.

We apologise for the annoyance you experienced regarding the groups. We are working to reduce the number of large groups in favor of family orientated holidays.
Regarding the entertaiment, during your stay we were going through a transition period where we changed our entertaiment director. We provide entertaiment for both children an adults 6 days a week an in the high season we contract two people so that we can provide entertaiment every day at a higher standard.
We have changed the majority of the towels in the rooms. Your room must have been one of the ones still to receive new ones. I have received an order of 800 towels that are to be placed in the rooms momentarily.

Kind Regards

First time to this hotel, and what a little gem it is, 2 min walk to beach + bars restaurants. Location is fantastic no noise of a night from the road or revelers walking home in the early hours.

We found the staff excellent, room clean, with cooking utensils, microwave, hob, kettle, hairdryer in bathroom, had to add the hairdryer bit as my wife insists she needs to take one just in case, ground floor 23 with own sunbeds to use on artificial grass, gets quite warm but nice. pool nice, a bit chilly but it is last week in April. The breakfast was average, on only one occasion did we have food from the bar at night again average but not going to complain.

All in all a pleasant 5 nights away with beaches/bars mins away or if you prefer Magaluf is only a 10 min stroll away a lot livelier but we only went in the day, more than likely chaos of a night?

Room Tip: We stayed in room 23 which has the sun in the morning but tends to go from here 12 noon the opposite...

Back again for about the tenth time. We love this place; it it reasonably priced, clean, in a quiet location, the staff are lovely (same staff year on year which is nice). The aparthotel is conveniently located for both Palma Nova and Magaluf, which is why we come here. This does mean that young people might also have the same idea, but the hen parties we have encountered so far have been quiet and respectful.

Since we came last year (we always come in early May) the buildings have been re-painted (as always) over the winter, the small gardens in front of the apartments have been covered in fake grass (which looks nice and apparently minimizes the risk of insects etc). About 20 movable sun umbrellas have been added to provide extra shade, and a book exchange library established in Reception to house the paperbacks that visitors often leave behind.

The premium rooms on the ground floor now have two sun-loungers each which reduces the demand on the others around the pool, but we have also noticed some new sun-loungers on the pool-side too.

It does seem to us that the management are reacting in a positive way to any issues that visitors are raising, which is brilliant. I give this aparthotel a 5 star review not because it is a 5 star hotel, but for the fact that it deserves 5 stars within its price range and facilities.

The sun is shining, so we are looking to having a great time during the rest of our 10-night stay.

Just got back from a 4 night short break at Ca'Saboners. Have been there lots and obviously enjoy it.

Have to say the entertainer is great appealed to both adults and children we are trying to book to go back in Sept but looking full so will be very dissapointed if we can't get in.

There were a few stags and hens but they were no bother at all in fact quite entertaining!

If you are looking for a good place to eat - particularly if you are a family with young children head down the the front in Palma Nova, set back on the other side of the road almost Macdonalds, to the Palma Nova Gardens - it has been taken over by a young family and it is great. Good home cooked meals (real chips and home made wedges amoungst plenty of other stuff to choose from). The bonus for young families is that there is a good play area inside at the back of the restuarant where the children can play safely while you have a bit of a rest and sit outside on the nice terrace. Give it a go the owners are very friendly and welcoming.

We go to Palma Nova about 4 or 5 times per year as our daughter and our granchildren live there we have tried most hotels but really think Ca'Saboners is best value for money.

Room Tip: All rooms are facing the pool so not really a problem we were in the main block but unfortunately c...
