Just back from a week here with my family. The rooms were clean, food excellent, entertainment was ok. A bit annoyed that they didn't offer free wifi in your room nor free use of the fridge as both had to be paid for separately if required. The staff were always pleasant and courteous. If the pool isn't your thing you are a five minute walk to the beach from the main front doors. Overall, a nice place to stay.

our 6th time staying at the santa lucia hotel staying all inclusive , we would recommend staying here the location is fantastic with wonderful views .Reception area and Top floors 6, 7 ,and 8 have been refurbished be even better when all rooms completed , the staff are all friendly and is a well run clean nice place to stay and is why so many go back year after year . Matt and Gemma run the entertainment program and are fun friendly people and make everyone welcome , some evening acts better than others, George Penna and Four Tops worth a watch . Food we could not fault always found something good to eat and Miguel on the restaurant door very welcoming . Getting a sunbed not a problem which has improved on previous years . Great place not far from the lively Magaluf or the quieter Palma Nova bars, we are returning next year again and our daughter and son will be joining us with their partners , looking forward to it already

Room Tip: higher floors refurbished with fantastic views

We are just back from our second time staying at the Santa Lucia Hotel. It is a lovely, clean hotel and the situation is perfect looking onto the beach you can not fault it. The food is also great and they provide a great variety each day. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Only bad point is you have to pay for the fridge and safe which are about 50 euros.
Would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying in Palma Nova.

Room Tip: All rooms have sea view which is great.

Our daughter is 14, so booked a room that we thought would be suitable for the three of us,after all had to pay adult price for her anyway. We were unfortunately very disappointed with the size and old fashioned decor of this tired room, which they couldn't change for us. From other reviews I have read the upper floors have been refurbished-floors 6,7,8, we were on floor 3 room 316. To accommodate our daughter a camp bed was just put in the room so there wasn't room enough to swing a cat! The camp bed was put alongside the vanity table so you couldn't access that, so we ended up moving the bedside table to put the three beds in a row like the 3 bears!!! When you are paying 3 adult prices I thought they could have made more of an effort with the room. The carpet was stained and was the nylon contract type-definitely needing replacement. The hotel situation is ideal, and there was a good view from the balcony(I believe all the views are good though). The food was good and reasonably varied, although some people, particularly older males made no effort to dress for dinner and turned up in vests!!! Fortunately the majority made an effort. The swimming pool is quite small for the hotel size so we just went in the sea, which was lovely, plus I can't understand the logic of some people wanting to bag a sunbed for the whole day? So overall our weeks holiday was pleasant, but we basically did our own thing. We didn't watch the entertainment as we sat outside enjoying the night air and having nice walks along the promenade. But tbh when we walked through the lounge didn't hear or see much to grab our attention anyway. I think this hotel is a good base, although our floor needing refurbishment. It was quite quiet, apart from our last night when an idiot of a man was thumping the door next door to be let in!!! If he had been there from the beginning of our holiday would have been calling security and requesting to be moved.

Room Tip: Top floors that have been refurbished.

Me and my 15 year old son stayed there in July for 12 nights had a really nice time Mat and Jemma where fantastic at organising pool games and other activities for kids of all ages. They worked very hard and had time for everyone . The hotel is set in a lovely position. The food and accommodation was 10 out of 10. The beautiful beach was a minute away. We would sometimes walk 3 minutes over to hotel Son mataious in the evening to watch there entertainment this also is a lovely hotel . Would highly recommend any of these two hotels. Will be back ASAP.

Room Tip: Level 6 and above are the better rooms . Use a card eg tesco etc slotted in when you go out to keep...

This hotel is in a great position juts out into the sea with a walkway around to great all-round views, beaches on either side in the centre of Palma Nova, the staff can't be more helpful, maid service every day the sea views a fantastic especially the amount and size of the Yachts that mourn there daily for the sun trapped bay. food as much variety as you would like alas you can only get tea at breakfast time in the restaurant (you can eat all day if you wish) bar snacks in the afternoon at the poolside, the rooms are ample sizes (being that your not staying in them all day) TV in each if you don't like the entertainment of which is excellent the whole hotel was going through a refurbishment when we were there but you wouldn't have known. A short walk and your in Magalluf 20min bus ride to the wonderful Palma City for shops galore or a walk around historic buildings and Cathedral a very lively city.
The only downside was the Resorthoppa not coming to transfer at the end of our stay, so had to get a taxi to airport. its a must to double check there presence.

Room Tip: Higher floors are quieter better views especially facing towards Magalluf
