I'd recommend this excursion to anyone visiting the Cala D'Or region. We went on the 3 hour trip which involved a swim session. They took us to a local fishing viliage where we stopped off for 45 mins to explore before heading off to some spectacular coves and bays. At the last bay they anchored up and allowed us to have a swim. The staff were great, the boat had slides at the back and massive inflatable slide at the front which the kids loved. The staff were also very attentive to our safety, jelly fish watch. Perfect little trip to see the unusual coast line, rock features and luxury houses.

Went with my husband and 2 children, 8 and 2. Went on the 3 hour trip to the old fisherman's village-absolutely beautiful! Great to get away from all the commercial areas and show the kids some culture.

The staff on the boats were so friendly and helpful, even giving me a bag when I was struggling with sea sickness lol. Ice creams are €2.50 each on board.

Sliding off the back of the boat into the sea was just a mind blowing experience and one we will treasure.

Please buy your tickets on the boat-- as we found that if you buy from your hotel the business gets less money!

Will definitely be going on another trip when we next come to the beautiful cala dor.

I did the trip from Cala Ferrera to Portocolom. The boat is clean and staff are very friendly. It was a gorgeous sunny day with a little breeze. This really is a lovely way to see the grandeur of the East coast from the sea.

We enjoyed the half day trip to Cala Mondrago and OMG was it STUNNING. So worth the money, which I think is reasonably priced anyway. Bar and ice creams on board which was ideal to enjoy whilst taking in the breathtaking views of the coast. With this trip we had a 45 min swim off the boat, able to go down the slides which was amazing fun. Highly HIGHLY recommend this trip!!

A great way to tour the coast around portocolom and cala d'or, staff friendly and helpful, the boat was very clean and comfortable and it really felt like you were living the high life cruising along the coast. Can't recommend this enough!

We booked the full tour, for 32 euro each... We left portocolom at 10.45 am and returned at 6pm... We seen so many beautiful bays in the east coat of majorca, had 2 hours approx in cala d'or where we were able to shop, and also had a beautiful stop off in a gorgeous fishing village, and then to top it off, we had sea swimming amongst shoals of fish... An amazing day out, would thoroughly recommend this tour...

We went on the north excursion from Cala Ferrera with stop for a swim. The weather was cloudy with some sun and quite windy. However they should have warned us that it was really rough out at sea... I mean really rough! There were at least 2 people being sick and it was really not fun! I was amazed they didn't warn anyone coming onto the boat (including elderly people and parents with young babies). The stop for swim was nice but they shouldn't be offering that trips when the swell was like that out at sea.

My sister and I dared to travel for the first time with her 6 month old son. We knew that trying to find some infant-friendly activities might be tough but we were very pleased with our experience on the Starfish. We chose the short two hour boat ride as it would also be his first (lots of firsts) but we come from a family of sea legs so we were optimistic. While you will need to do a bit of lifting to get over some door lips and other small obstacles, these were not insurmountable and the very helpful crew was happy to assist us. Our tour, being just off-season, was not very crowded which left us ample room to settle in. The other passengers were also very friendly and willing to help us with our rudimentary Spanish. :)

The views were quite spectacular along the coast. Truly if you like a beautiful scenic ride, this is perfect. The glass bottom windows didn't afford much visibility until the boat was stopped but our little one LOVED it. The bottom area does get rather warm and stuffy though so best to go down for short periods of time. We discovered our little one loved the rocking waves of the choppy sea and quickly fell asleep for a good portion of the journey, which left me free to explore the boat and take some amazing photos.

Our only tips/suggestions would be to find out where the pickup is well ahead of time. They can be tricky to find if you don't know exactly where you're going. Leave yourself plenty of time to get to the pickup and make sure you're there as the boats generally run right on schedule. The sea can be quite choppy so be aware of this when going out if you're not used to the open sea... some people on our boat had trouble staying up. As I mentioned, the glass bottom is best viewed at stops and is worth a look, otherwise, stay above deck and enjoy the magnificent scenery. If you're bringing an infant/toddler, know that you will have a few obstacles on board but they are minor and the crew was very accommodating and friendly.

I would definitely consider one of their longer trips if/when I should return.

We are a family of 4, kids age 4 and 11. We took the boat at lunchtime and although it was busy it was clean and safe. Good clean toilets on board. We took full advantage of the slides that you can use once it’s moored up off the sandy beach. Warm sea with lots of fish to see so bring your snorkel or goggles. Drinks and light snacks on board are available. A great way to see the lovely coastline and very expensive holiday homes!! We would do this again just so our 4 year old and Mummy can join us jumping in the sea of the slide!!
