This timesahre resort needs a facelift. Its location is good. Great views over the bay and you can take a 10 miunute stroll into Port Alcudia. You can walk down 200 steps to reach a rocky beach. Its 3 pools are pleasant. However the apartments are small. cramped and dated.

Room Tip: Try the nearby restaurant at 35 d'Alcanada. It is excellent

Stayed here with family August 2011. Nice resort-it's on 3 levels so there are steps. We had an apartment on the top level with fantastic views of the bay. Apartment has air con & balconies, kitchen ok,also washing machine & ironing board. Bedroon for children a bit small-no mirror in there & could only open one wardrobe door(the other was against foot of second bed). The apartments could also do with a refurb & this is a work in progress. 3 pools on site including a shallow one for kids. Also a jacuzzi by the main pool. There is a restaurant on site and a programme of activities(you pay extra) a few nightss of the week. Staff very friendly and helpful. There are excursions available too though we did not do many as we had hired a car which was very usefulas we avoided the very steep hills back up to the resort. There is a bus service at the bottom of these hills and people were walking in to Alcudia. We would reccommend but would also suggest hiring a car. There was also a 20Euro charge for electric while we were there

I stayed here for two weeks in August with my husband and two children. Initial impressions of the apartment were, as others have mentioned, that it was very basic and old fashioned. We knew this before we came however as had read other people's comments, I think we would have been quite disappointed if we hadn't been prewarned. However, it was clean and had everything we needed. We had two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living area and a small outside laundry area with a washing machine. There was a safe in the apartment. We paid 20 euros for our electricity and water charges which we did not know about before our visit, but felt this was probably fair as we used our air conditioning quite a lot. Our apartment was at the top end of the resort which was nice and quiet with beautiful views over the sea. The reception area has been refurbished, we ate at the poolside bar/restaurant a couple of times and the food was adequate. The bar staff were really friendly and helpful. The reception staff speak good English and tried their best to help if required. There is a small shop on site which sells the basics. Wifi is not free, it costs 2 euros for an hour. Apparently it is possible to use it in some of the apartments but as ours was at the far end of the resort we had to use our computer in the reception area. The pool area was nice and clean, although again the sunbeds and umbrellas have definitely seen better days. The resort is a little way out of Puerto Alcudia which suited us as we liked coming back to a quiet apartment away from the hustle and bustle. We did not go on any organised excursions or evening activities, although the lady in charge of drumming up business for these certainly was persistent in trying to get us involved, which could be a bit irritating. We met some lovely people and so did our children, there are some British at the resort but also Spanish, French and German. We would go back but probably only when the apartments are completed (apparently this will take a couple of years to do). To summarise, be aware of the tired apartments before you come, but if this doesn't bother you too much you could have a nice holiday here, we certainly did.

Room Tip: Lovely sea views and nice and quiet at the top of the resort

Went for a short break, two nights, to the northern east of the island, whilst already on vacation on the island, in order to see more of this part of the Island, having been to Mallorca once before.

Excellent location, being close enough to the town, but far enough away for quiet when you need it. Wonderful views of both the sea and the Mountains. Local shop on site, gym, jacuzzi, pools, tables tennis, etc.

Apartment was extremely clean, excellently presented, well thought out in design and had everything one needed. With Car parking next to all apartments.

Staff extremely helpful and pleasant, overall a great place and well priced. Well worth staying in the next time we are on the Island.

Certainly not what we are used to at a time share resort!
We arrived at about 11pm. Having been dropped off down the road from our transfer bus, We walked the steep hill to the club. We were shattered, as it was very warm still. We checked in, and were told that our room was at the top of the hill! We asked if there was any help with luggage, No came the reply!
It was very dark looking for the door numbers, but eventually we found it. All I Ican say was utter dissapointment. We have travelled all over the world in Time share for the last 21yrs, and have never been given anything so shabby, and dirty! I phoned down to reception to tell them straight away. I was told I would have to wait till morning.
We had a call next morning about the "welcome meeting" I asked if he knew about us not being happy with the room and he said no, but come down and we will see what can be done.
He told us that the whole resort was being refurbished, over next couple of yrs, but he could move us to another that wasnt as old. We were happy with the one he gave us, but it was still not what we were used to. it was clean and functional.
We were then given a drink along with everyone else while they sold us trips and meals.
We decided to do the BBQ evening, and Catamaran trip.
The BBQ was very nice, we met some lovely people, some of which were going on the boat trip the next day. The rep was also supposed to be going as well, he was the one that told us "Not to be missed trip" which BBQ, sun bathing, swimming and fishing were included.
How wrong was he!! The Catamaran, turned out to be a fishing boat, VERY uncomfortable for the 6 hour trip. 100 people on board, hardly any room to sit, no where to sunbathe! The BBQ turned out to be a cold piece of chicken a spoon of cold pasta and a piece of stale bread! Everybody on board had paid 40E for this.
We and many others complained when we got back to the rep. He said dont come to me see the manager! We did see her. She was not interested even when I showed her photos of the trip and food. This made everybody feel bad. A sorry and sympathy would have been better than nothing. The trip was with ROBINSONS. Keep well away!
The weather while there was amazingly hot. Too hot to keep going up and down to the beautiful little beach. I wish we could have stayed down there as it was very charming quaint. The walk down was ok, but 240 steps back was a killer!
Alcudia was a 15 min walk down which we did most nights and got a taxi back for about 5E
The pool area at the resort was nice., plenty of sunbeds. The bar was quite pricey, and menu not great. 16E for 1 course Sunday lunch reduced to 11E the week after.
Overall we met some nice people staying there, and had a good social time with them, but I would not stay here again, untill it was fully refurbished. And had got new managment and rep in, with good customer manners

The location appears initially a bit remote but it is actually very well situated. You can walk to the Puerto Alcudia in 10-15 minutes where there is a lovely beach and loads of shops and restaurants but when you have had enough you can return to the peace and quite. There is a good local bus service if you want to go further afield. The disapointment for us was that the member of staff who offerred to help with travel problems actually only wanted us to meet with her to enable her to spend 90 minutes trying to sell us a timeshare. She never did resolve our problem, when we did not express any interest in the timeshare we were left to sort out our own problems. We never heard from her again!!

friendly staff and nice appartment with SUPERB views over the alcudia bay and aucanada island. ice pools for a chill out (as long as you dont mind kids). food and snack ok if your fine with burgers etc. did not see any of the entertainment, but going out down to the local restaurant "terrezza" was a far better idea. superb food and even better location , 3 times in 1 week my wife and i visited . 320 steep steps walk down from appartment but worth it (hard work coming back up full of wie and food). would strongly reccomed a car and a trip to ARTA - alccudia walled town and pollenca. great break.

Room Tip: ask for a room/appartmet with sea view, the higher up the hill the better the view!!
