A fine place with a fine kitchen. Food is good an staff is very friendly. The place is to big to my likings, to much noise when eating and in the bar inside. Apart from that a fine place :) The view and proximity to the ocean is a treat.

Booked last minute and so glad we did. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. It has a perfect location being right on the beautiful sandy beach. The pool area is also great for relaxing. The room was fine with a lovely walk in shower. Although the food wasn't bad, it's quite dull and the same thing day after day. However the salad bar had a good selection. The resort had a more mature clientel which was fine for the quiet holiday we were after. Would definitely recommend as a holiday for doing not a lot, but with cheap public transport on the door step if you want to venture further afield.

The hotel, staff and facilities were all brilliant! The other guests were older on average and think that was brilliant, as as someone else has mentioned there were no chavs!! The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves, and we hardly saw them! Beach is beautiful, whole place clean, nice choice of food, would advise going early towards end of service for meals as can get busy and were a few altercation between guests over churros and pizza haha!! We will definitely return, not stopped raving about the place since we got back!

We have just returned from this hotel after a weeks holiday,we were very happy with our choice as the location was great and the hotel itself was very clean the staff were brilliant and really went out of their way to make you feel special. Our room had a fantastic view of the sea so no upgrades were needed the room itself was spacious enough for the two of us and had a lovely walk-in shower. The beach was just seconds away from the pool this again was very clean and tidy. The downsides to the holiday was the balcony lights to your room are switched off automatically between 11.00-1130 pm so that if you wanted to do some late night reading out there then this is not possible also when we were talking to another couple outside the bar in the smoking area which I might add has beautiful seating areas we were informed by a member of staff that if we did not go inside then we would be locked out this we found very strange. When we go on our well earned holidays we have never encountered anything quite like being told when to go to bed it was just after midnight and we are by no means teenagers by any stretch of the imagination. The food in the buffet restaurant was what you would expect in any 2-3 star hotel nothing special to write home about. Guests we met did say however that if you booked to go into the A la carte it was very good. Unfortunately I am one of those people that think if you are staying at a supposedly 4* hotel then the food should be good and tasty wherever you eat in that establishment, I can only say that the reason it has the rating it has got is because of the location.

Room Tip: We stayed in a room overlooking the pool area.

Me, my wife and some friends recently got back from here (26/04/14) after booking a last minute getaway. From arrival the staff were welcoming and very helpful. The outside and lobby were as clean as could be which instantly put me at ease as to how the holiday would go. There rooms were current and very comfortable and we had a lovely pool and sea view, with the sun beaming through in the mornings.
Food wasn't the best in the world but we were easily satisfied at each meal. The drinks were actual branded drinks and not the cheap stuff that is normally found in all inclusives's (e.g coca cola, fanta, sprite etc)
The entertainment was pretty good and there was always something on during the day. The evening entertainment however wasn't always as great but some of if was still pretty good, I put this down to being just a bit before the summer season as they were preparing the outside stage etc for the coming summer etc.
overall this is a good hotel and great value for money, would definitely recommend to friends and family and would return again ourselves.

Thanks for a great getaway!

Room Tip: Ask for a pool/sea view, nice wake up call with the sun beating through the windows.

Just got back from a 4 day stay and absolutely loved it. The hotel is lovely, the pools great especially the kids splash area, and the beach is gorgeous. The beach is directly on the hotel and was plenty of loungers available. The good was good, my boys lives the happy burger on the kids pool area. The staff were all really friendly especially the kids club team they made my boys feel very welcome and joined them in with all activities. A special mention for Toni who was the main staff on the door of the food hall - he was brilliant with my 5 year old to the point Logan wouldn't leave the hall without saying goodbye to his friend!! The other customers in the hotel were all friendly regardless if nationality. Brilliant stay will definitely be back.
