Family of three with a five year old.
The hotel is clean and the staff are fantastic; from reception to bar, housekeeping, restaurant and not least of all, the entertainment.
My daughter had a wonderful time; the mini disco and "coco" were favourites. The entertainers were attentive and interested, very impressive.
The fabulous beach is right next to the hotel, literally steps away.
We were all inclusive; the food was high standard with plenty choice and room. The drinks were also decent, local beer (Estrella) is especially nice.
I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for families or people looking for a quieter holiday.

Room Tip: We had a room next to lift area, bit noisy when people are returning later at night.

Me and my Boyfriend stayed at this hotel from 3rd-10th June. We booked the hotel due to the beachside location and reviews we had read and the hotel did not disappoint.
Transfer time was just over an hour so not to bad, it was quite late when we arrived but got our room with no fuss. (416) amazing views
Rooms were spotless everyday, cannot fault the cleaners they did there very best.
Our view was amazing overlooked the pool and beach so was lovely to sit on the balcony in the evenings to watch the sun go down and watch the entertainment.
Food was ok not a massive eater so didn't really appeal to me as much as my other half who really enjoyed it and always found something to eat.
Pool and beach was perfect, the sea was great as was so shallow so could play ball games very easily, had an encounter with some jelly fish but that was just once.
Entertainment was ok, bingo was a good idea :)
Staff were great they organised water polo, football and volley ball which was good but did get very rough at some points with some tourists forgetting it was just a friendly game on holiday...
Overall I would recommend this hotel, very child friendly but this didn't really bother us as we was on the beach most days or in the main pool. Would defiantly go back.

Room Tip: High rooms have the best view Even numbers I think have the sea views that's what I figured out...

We had an amazing holiday in Condesa de la Bahia. We wanted a holiday with easy access to a nice beach so that we could relax and enjoy the sun & sea. The Condesa hotel, ticked this box, it is situated right on a fantastic white clean sandy beach, just perfect. The food was top class, plenty of choice to meet all needs. Hotel staff were just brilliant, professional in every way - polite, & charming and very hard working - nothing was too much trouble. We didn't have any children with us but we watched how the staff entertained the children that were there & they were amazing. I would have no hesitation in returning and taking our grandchildren with us. Only downside was that although our room had a part sea-view, it was next to 4 lifts & could be very noisy which caused a bit of sleep disturbance. The staff were more than willing to move us but we were happy to stay put. Thanks to all - we will be back !!!

This was our first holiday away from a hotel in Fuerteventura we have used 3 times on the trot as our babies grew up where we knew it was good and what was around, so a lot was at stake!

Family consists of me, the wife, a 7 year old and 5 year old girl.

Trip advisor.... You have to be a little bit careful as you never know what frame of reference someone has.... You get some right wallys who have their toast burnt one breakfast and all of a sudden the food was "terrible" or don't quite get the answer they want from one of the staff who are all suddenly "rude and ignorant" skewing the picture for the rest of us....!

I have travelled the world with a Formula one team, stayed in exclusive villas on golf courses in some of the best hotels in the world, know what good service is and can offer a realistic, objective review....

Location: - the hotels pool area has steps which lead straight into the beach - the view is lovely with a couple of mountain ranges left and right and open ocean out in front. A sandbank allows you to get a good 50m out before it starts dropping away to deeper water which is fantastic for kids as they can wade out and play very safely.

The beach is cleaned each morning and consists of sand, a sprinkling of very small shells which the girls loved finding, no stones and the water is clear as bath water, again making it easy and safe for little ones to play....

I went snorkelling most days and saw loads of fish, starfish, manta / sting rays (not sure which is which!) there is a wooden pontoon which extends out into the sea for the boat ferries.... Thousands of fish collect around the wooden legs of the pontoon!

2 miles to the left of the hotel is the harbour.... A nice walk into town along the beach or a great trail for an early morning run.

Food: - three places to eat, the burger bar round by the kids pool is good for a quick snack or drink, the main restaurant gets very busy and we found ourselves getting in and out as soon as possible... It's not helped by our kids being really fussy eaters, so the whole experience is a little stressful...

The restaurant by the pool is much nicer and bookable in the evening for a more relaxed dining experience....

Overall the food was good, of course in a two week holiday, it will become a little repetitive, but for buffet dining it was of a decent level and quality.

Entertainment: - this is the first year we have been away (we skipped last year) where the eldest girl has been old enough we felt to go to the kids club, which also meant the five year old went as well.... A big departure for Mum....! The kids club team are brilliant, tons of energy all day long.... They treat the kids as individuals and our girls became really attached.

The evening shows were cheesy fun, with some serious acts such as acrobatics and magicians, as long as you don't expect Broadway then you will enjoy!
Room: - clean and functional.... Good storage, always a challenge having four people sleep in the same space but the beds are comfy and the maid service excellent...

Pools: - there are about 12 pool side "double beds" running alongside them main and kids pool. They are big squashy waterproof "mattresses" and lounge pillows... We managed to secure one right in front of the kids pool for most of our stay and it worked out really well. Huge enough for the four of us and all of our stuff, you just have to be in the starting blocks for the 7am unlocking of the doors to the pool area....!

Zumba in the pool if that is your thing, they were clean and well maintained. The chicken slide and animal activity pools were a nice touch, a
title toddler can wander around the animal activity pool having a fantastic time and kids slightly older go hooning around the chicken slides!

Lifeguards: - Not all hotels have them as they are obviously an additional expense.... These guys are life savers, literally.... On one of the days, a 2 year old had a fit, swallowed her tongue and they saved her life.... We just saw a commotion and a dad running around the pool with a rag doll limp child in his arms.... The lifeguard used a special tool to retrieve her tongue from her throat and perform CPR... I dread to think what would have happened if a trainer professional had not of been on hand....

Summary : - a brilliant family break, we have four days left at the time of writing and have already costed up next year. The hotel team work so hard it is quite humbling, always a smile even in the face of some serious brashness and rudeness from other holiday makers (not everyone had heard of "please" or "thank you" it seems!)
