The hotel was perfect for the beach just five mins over road, rooms were ok but bathrooms were small, food was ok to but if not all inclusive you had to pay for water, the pool was to small for the hotel so the beach is a must but all in all a good holiday x

Room Tip: ask for a pool view

Would not book this hotel for a number of reasons. The rooms are so small they are a joke. If you are allocated a room with a shower, rest assured you are not going to fit in how ever small you are. The toilet is half way under the sink and the loo roll is situated behind you if you manage to sit on the loo. The rooms themselves are so small two people cannot pass each other, the beds are boxed in and cannot be seperated. The pool area is surrounded by the backs of grotty shops and does not have a grassed area. Would rather stayed at home. The children had to pay for EVERY game they entered into!

Room Tip: Do not accept a room you are not happy with.

we stayed at the condes for a week all inclusive during half term. Read the reviews before we went and was expecting a horror story. All I can say is ignore the negative reviews. GET A SAFE 24 euros plus 10 euros deposit which you get back at the end of your holiday, and you know all your belonging willl be safe. our room was on the third floor looking over the pool, good veiw, good room with both shower and bath. Yes the lifts are small but you are not staying in them, walk up and down the stairs for good exercise.
The food was good, something to eat for everyone, the salad bar excellent. Some nights were not fantastic but hey go out and eat once in a while. Some good fish restaurants around. The location of the place is excellent , very near to the beach and harbour and it easy to walk to the market on Tuesday and Sundays just turn right as you come out of the hotel and keep walking. You will see a lot of people walking towards the market. Go feed the fishes in harbour, take some bread with you. Staff very friendly and check in was very quick. We went during the Spanish football game against England and Nedal with tennis what a good atmosphere - the bar man made my drinks extra strong as I am a Nadel fan. This is a 3 start hotel and that is what you get for your money. If you want 5 start go stay in one.
Entertainment staff really good with the kids and bingo prizes were quite hight every night.
Yes the pool is small but you have the sea only 5 mins away. Pool very cold so is the sea.
Yes you do drink in plastic glasses but during food time you do get a glass. You can drink and eat as much as you like.
I would have no problem staying in this hotel again and All inclusive again.

On checking in we was approached by a guest asking if we had hired a safe, which we had, as there had been 17 robberies recently. This was very disconcerting to say the least on our first day. We put as much as we could in the safe, anything of value. One week into our holiday we saw from our second floor balcony several maids & Josh, a Thomas Cook rep, chasing a thief around the hotel grounds, whom they caught. The trouble is the hotel manager won't acknowledge this problem, neither would Sam, a Thomas Cook rep. They should be telling guests to DEFINITELY hire a safe. As it costs 24 euros a Week plus 10 euros deposit, it may deter guests from hiring it. I think it should be FREE due to this serious problem.
On a good note, the food is good, plenty of choices every meal. Chicken, turkey, veal, pork, beef & fish were plentiful. Loads of salad & cold choices. Desserts & ice cream, loads of them. We found the staff good, if you treated them properly they were chatty.

Room Tip: Ask for a low floor, nice size bathrooms.
