This was our main family holiday and it turned out perfectly. What a truly wonderful hotel situated on a beautiful clean sandy beach. The friendly, professional staff really have customer care off to a T. Nothing is too much trouble. From Adama, Margharita, Alberto and Elisa on reception to the cleaners everyone was so friendly. We travelled with children aged 8 and 10 and the animation team worked amazingly hard to make sure the kids enjoyed themselves. Martina and Brian are fantastic. The pools are clean, and cleaned every morning, so don't think about sneaking your towels down, because they'd just be in the way. Anyway there really is no need, as there are plenty of sunbeds. Most of the guests were more into cycling as the ironman competition was on than topping up their suntan. And the beach is literally just at the bottom of the outside bar. But be warned you do pay for these beds. Also towels are provided 10 euros per towel deposit returned at the end of your stay and you can change them everyday between 5 and 7 in the evening.
Food was ok and alcoholic drinks are branded. Cocktails are included in all inclusive which at 6.45 euros per drink is impressive!
The hotel is spotless, cleaning all the time and I think it has had quite a lot of maintainence as it wasn't tired as some previous reviews have said. Also I think there is a new children's pool with 2 slides as this wasn't in any pictures we saw.
Would we go back, yes and we would definitely recommend this hotel and location even though it was just over an hour transfer time from the airport, probably longer in high season, but that's a small issue and nothing to do with the hotel.
Our compliments and thanks to all the staff who really do go out of their way to make your holiday great

Room Tip: We booked a garden apartment and ended up with garden and sea view. So ask for a room in main block...

Me and my partner have just arrived back from this lovely holiday accomodation today after 5 beautiful days in the sunshine, what can I say....

Firstly, the staff were very friendly and helpfull on our arrival, issuing us with a resort map and making us well aware of all the information we needed. We opted for a superior studio apartment in which we were given directions to once we had checked in. Having problems with being able to enter our booked room (key card wouldnt work) I made my way back down to the reception area. They apologised sincerely and issued us with more key cards, however, the same problem happened again and the resort handy man was sent up to our room immediately to fix the door but unfortunately could not solve this problem. Due to the small wait we were issued with a sea view room for the inconvenience and again, the staff were very apologetic. The sea view appartment was fabulous with an AMAZING view.

We decided to book all inclusive which we later realised this was a great choice. The food was fab and we indulged on a very wide selection for the whole 5 days!

All of the resort staff were super friendly and made time to speak to you, showing a large interest in all converations made with them and ensuring everyone was having fun. (Brian & Robin - you guys are great!!).

Me and my fiance will without a doubt be visiting again in 2015 - hopefully for a longer period than 5 nights! :)

We stayed here last week for 5 nights, the hotel is ideally situated on the beach front, and is around 45 mins from the airport (we had private transfers), outside the hotel is an array of shops and fast food restaurants (the curry house Maharaj was beaut!).

Saying that the food at the hotel is also of very high standards with a good variety of choice for breakfast lunch and dinner so i would definitely recommend the all inclusive option. The rooms were very spacious we were fortunate enough to have a sea view room and wasn't disappointed, the room had 2 bedrooms large bathroom, kitchen area, sitting area and a balcony.

The entertainment although cheesy at times was thoroughly enjoying too, the entertainers work very hard round the clock with both the children and the adults (Robin one of the entertainers was lucky to beat me at ping pong).

Would definitely return at some point either this year or next

I spent the weekend here with boyfriend and we were both very happy with our stay.

We were looking for a sunny weekend away and all I cared about was a nice clean hotel with a beautiful pool to relax by. I was very pleased when we arrived to see the beach was also across the road from the hotel. (Although we did spend most of our time by the pool)

Location outside of the hotel was nice (lots of touristy shops and cafés) however the hotel facilities itself were much more appealing for us. (Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner)

If you're looking for a hotel to enjoy some sun by the pool and/or sunbeds by the beach this is the place to stay in Alcudia.

My only advice is if you are catching the shuttle bus from the airport be prepared for a very long and hot ride (it took about 1.5 hours to get to the hotel)

Also as an FYI - Taxi from the airport costs about €80

Positioned on a clean sandy beach with calm to gentle waves. Accommodation lovely. Service friendly and helpful. Choice of food amazing in main restaurant. Also hot or cold food in outside partly covered food bar. Easy to walk to marina along beach walkway or walk the other way to quieter parts of beach. We bought a beach umbrella and also hired bicycles and rode to other beaches along the coast. Hotel provided packed lunch if ordered. Fantastic holiday! Didn't watch evening entertainment though. Walked out each evening .

Was only going to stay for 6 days from the end of September 2013, on a business holiday, but extended it to10 days because I enjoyed it so much. I was welcomed by one of the very friendly and helpful receptionists, and was allocated a comfortable suite in the main building: Bedroom, sittingroom, kitchenette/diningroom, and a balcony with a view over the swimming pools, sea and beautiful mountains. I found the bed comfortable, there were plenty of cupboards, and it was lovely also to be able to relax on one of the two sofas in the sittingroom, and allow myself to be inspired by the view. The bathroom was lovely, with all the amenities I needed, fresh and plentiful towels, soaps and shampoos. All very clean. As I needed to work for some hours every day, it was also very helpful that it was possible to choose when I wanted the room cleaned.

It was beautiful sitting on the balcony, watching magnificent sunrises and sunsets.

The hotel is set in magnificent landscaped flower gardens, with lots of room for walks, and I experienced no difficulty in getting a sunbed at any time. I also appreciated that there were two separate swimming pool areas, one large shallowish pool with a lovely little "river" with a bridge that children could swim under, and one deeper pool in a more secluded area.

There were lots of activities for children, and all kinds of evening entertainment, from stage/ musical shows and crooners/singers in the outside bar area. The food was excellent, and it was good to experience a hotel breakfast with real fried eggs (not the "artificial" scrambled ones) and bacon, and lots of choices of everything. I specially want to emphasize the outstanding waiter service, clearing away dishes immediately, and the fact that all the staff always had a smile and a friendly "Holla".

The location is excellent, a short walk to the centre, bus service (frequent) just outside, and a lovely long beach right in front. The little tourist train passes, and the horse and carriage. When I booked I knew that this was a family hotel, and expected a lot of noise, but what I experienced was a quiet room, peaceful gardens, and enough life to feel that I was alive.

Earlier reviewers have commented on the payment for wifi over 30 minutes per day. I had no problem with this, to me it is perfectly fair that people who don't use wifi all day don't pay for it. I needed wifi, paid for it, and found it efficient.

My only "problem" was that I never managed to get the cookplate hot enough to boil water for tea, and there was no electric kettle, and I did miss having my quiet morning tea before facing the world. The guests were people from many nations, and of all ages. All seemed to be enjoying themselves.

I am looking forward to my next visit - this hotel met all my requirements and had a lovely, friendly atmosphere.
