Just returned from a 10 night stay.. The hotel is perfectly located and within easy access to all amenities. From the moment we checked in the whole family was made welcome and even handed a small gift for our 7 month old baby boy.. Rooms and hotel very modern throughout.

We were given a room on the 2nd floor (266) adjacent to the second pool and in perfect location to sit and chill on the balcony watching the sun go down every night.. Perfect..

The rooms are of ample size and even provided with a quality cot bed for the little fella. Word of warning as its not mentioned in the room, the tv as we found out on the 4 night does have a selection of UK channels, including bbc 1,2, ITV, CHANNEL 4 and 5. But in order to get these you will need to select a different av channel using the tv remote!

We booked HB but found ourselves eating out most nights due to the restruant not opening until 19:00, which we found a little late for our babies sleep time and also the fact the number of fine quality of restruants close by. But like I mentioned he food we did have in the hotel was fine and offered a good selection both for breakfast and evening meal. A couple eateries we would like to mentioned and well worth a visit include JJ's that is just around the corner next to the big hypermarket and Kenna's Irish bar thatt can be found along the main street adjacent to the beach.

Spar's there is certinally no shortage of them throught the resort! You will find one on just about every street corner, the majority of which have a fine selection of cold beers and daily essentails and more importantly at a reasonable cost.

Couple of pointers for th hotel. Towels will cost €10 each deposit and the in room works out at €2 per day with a €5 deposit.WIFI is available throughout the hotel even with room and poolside, although not always the strongest of connecttions, it worked. You will need to ask reception for a code and it's one code per device.

Out and about as mentioned everything is within good walking distance and it's certainly worth jumping on the local train bus, €4 per person will get you round the full route which is not a bad run out for a little sight seeing. The crazy golf is well worth a go, again you will need a token from reception but it's free.

Beds around the pool we never had a problem with an even managed to get a covered cabana each day which was ideal for the baby.

All in all a fine holiday held by all and somewhere we will be definitely be returning to in the not too distant future. Overall great hotel, great location and great weather..

I stayed here with my partner in mid June. An excellent modern hotel, clean and trendy but a little soulless, maybe this was accentuated as it was very early in the season.
The room was great, very modern and the decor first class and spotless.
The food was excellent, well presented, varied, fresh and plentiful. My partner is a vegetarian and was well catered for.We chose the option to eat in the tapas bar as one of the three eat out options, this wasnt a great experience as the staff couldnt speak English and couldnt explain the food choices, which werent written in English, so it spoilt it a bit.
We checked out the Michelin Retsaurant but at 80 euros plus for tapas we gave it a miss.
We were half board, in hindsight we would have chosen all inclusive as the drinks are very expensive, not only in the hotel but also in the resort.
The staff were reasonably friendly, however they show a definite preference in most instances to German Guests, in fact most of the bars lean towrads German hospitality.
The pool and lounge areas are nice and there are plenty of sunbeds and shaded areas.
The entertainment was shockingly bad, most of the acts were not very good and so cheesy, lets the hotel down in my opinion..
The resort itself isnt that inspiring, not much to see other than the usual shops, bars etc.
There is a nice long beach, approximately 15 mins walk from the hotel.
One thing that is really frustrating is that the beach is behind the hotel and you have to walk all the way round the hotel to get to it, which adds a good 400 meters to your journey, they need to put a rear gate in.
In summary a nice experience that coudl be even better if some things are corrected, i would definetly stay there again.

Room Tip: Ask for a pool view, or you dont get the sun in the afternoons

Returned on 12 July 2012, having a super holiday. hotel & facilities are excellent, staff are superb, their help & assistance throughout the hotel is magnificent, they really do ensure you enjoy your holiday.

Protur club House & Resort is a fantastic addition creating all aspects of entertaining activities.

Would recommend this hotel & resort most positively.

Travelled as 3 adults, 1 child age 15, 1 child age 9, all of whom thoroughly enjoyed their holiday.

Room Tip: Add an extra bed instead of using a sofa bed, as mattress hard & too long.

We‘ve just returned from our second visit at this hotel & i can easily state that this time it was even better! We stayed in the room # 315 which was amazing: spacious, modern, clean; with a pool view. Luxurious bathroom! The bed... had the best sleep in several months! :)
On our arrival we were met by the most friendly and helpfull staff at the reception, which gave our holiday a brilliant start! Like last year, Chej was also there – smilling like always, taking care that everything goes perfect!
Last year it was hard to get a sunbed by the pool, but this time it was not a problem (probably there are more of them now).
The dinning area was, again, full of variety of different delicious food, so if u are not sure what u want to eat, u can try a bit of everything! We also tried La Bodega – the spanish cuisine - this time, which was amazing. I highly recomend trying it!
Not to go too long with the comment – the hotel kept and even increased its quality standards!!! I believe we will be back in September!

When we visited last year we were thrilled with the hotel it is part of a group of hotels in Sa Coma and they made this hotel their more exclusive hotel. In their other hotels such as the safari there were 3000 people staying where as in this hotel only 300. We were told this is how they played to keep it the pool area was quiet and relaxing food was fab not this time though. The food was ok though some days it really wasnt that good at all and some meal times we even had to queue to get into the restaurant. The pool area you are packed into now and there is no room to move. Entertainment is very repetitive too. The beds are also very uncomfortable to sleep in . Though the hotels cleanliness could not be faulted at all. Overall if the standards has been the same as july 2011 we would continue to return year after year but because of this recent stay we dont plan on returning any time soon

We stayed here for one week half board at the end of June 2012.
It was extremely clean and my 8 year old son loved the pool and pool table!
He didn't go to the kids club...he made some friends and was happy just enjoying swimming and playing.
Great varied selection of food and hired bikes which was only 10 Euro deposit.
Very quiet area but good for families...only downside is a long transfer from Palma.
Good evening Weds market in Sa Coma.
Went to the spa for back massage...bliss.
