I base my reviews on how much I paid and this one was around £100 a night for hb.
At this price it's a bargain the evening food is top notch!
The maids spend around 45 mins cleaning your room properly.
No problem with sun beds.
Lovely pool area a little expensive for lunch and large beer 6euro eek!
Not a problem as lots of cheap bars nearby.
All staff excellent.
Peaceful hotel frequented by people with a respect for others but not snobs.
Will return:)

Room Tip: Any room will be fine don't worry great soundproofing.

Just come back from Mallorca - had a great time (eventually) - we booked 10 days at the Mallorca Palace, a five star hotel in Sa Coma - let me say, straight away that, although the hotel is not of 5 star standard, it is good, with a lovely pool, good size, comfortable rooms and nice public areas, and the staff are excellent, but why build a high grade hotel in such a low grade resort - it's totally out of place - the resort is full of British bars offering 'Whitby fish and chips', Sunday Roast, and 'Full English' - now, if that is your sort of thing, that's fine, but don't expect to get any nice little old authentic Spanish areas and restaurants, because they just aren't there - this is a modern, concrete, purpose built resort, which, in our opinion, is not going to be to most people staying in the Mallorca Palaces' taste - we spoke with several guests who only went out of the hotel once, and spent the rest of their holiday in the hotel - we bit the bullet and moved out of the hotel and the resort, after a couple of days - not the hotel's fault, but be aware of what the resort is like before going to stay at this perfectly acceptable hotel.

Room Tip: all the rooms are pretty much the same unless you have a suite, and they're fine - best not to have a corner room on the ground floor though

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at this hotel.

We were greeted with a glass of cava on our arrival and the receptionist sat with us to tell us about the hotel facilities and to check us in while we enjoyed this. Our rooms were large and well equipped. There was a great choice of meals in the main restaurant, although on the first night there was no vegetarian option. However we spoke with the chef who soon produced a lovely meal and then made sure there were 2 hot vegetarian main meal options every meal, plus plenty of vegetarian starters. The deserts here are fantastic, amongst these they served the best carrot cake I had ever tasted and I heard other customers commenting on how good that is as well.
The Poolbar menu is also fantastic, great salads, hot meals and pizza on the menu with the garlic king prawns a popular choice. We made sure we ate lunch here at every opportunity.
All the staff go the extra mile to help, and are always there to make sure you have everything you need. They work together as a team and are extremely friendly and helpful. Lauranc even lent my husband his own Ipad cable as my husbands one was faulty. We often saw the Hotel Manager, or the Director, just stepping in to assist the team at busy times. They could be found carving meat in the restaurant, clearing tables, serving food or even getting a sunbed cushion. Something we have never seen in another hotel and the hotel staff obviously respect and get on well with the Management.
The hotel pools both have a disabled lift and the type of steps that make it easier for disabled people to access the pool. The outdoor pools are a good size and the Indoor pool which we used on a wet afternoon is lovely, kept really warm as is the surrounding area with tables and sunbeds to relax on after your swim. All pools are clean and peaceful with non slip tiles around them.
The hotel is not far from the sandy beach and shops.

We had a wonderful holiday here and look forward to returning. We thoroughly recommend this hotel.

On arrival this hotel was stunning greeted with a glass bubbly very pleasant staff relaxed then went to our room ground floor overlooking the pool the rooms are lovely clean large plenty room to move around good facilities although no tea and coffee making which would of been nice especially for those English guests like there morning tea.
The pool area was amazing plenty of beds clean towels every day and the bar menu for lunch time was amazing the only shame was this lovely area closed at six and I would have enjoyed a drink by the pool during the evening
The restaurant service was amazing plenty of food choices if any to much and staff very helpful
The bar area for the evening was lovely well stocked bar and on all inclusive you are not limited to cheap local brands
the only downside was that the bars closed at 11.30 and the entertainment was lacking only on every other night my husband and I are early fifty's and sometimes the hotel made me feel as if I was in a retirement home also most guests are German. also not aloud to take food drink to rooms.
Would recommend to anyone wanting a quite relaxed break but if you require night life not the place for you
Sa Coma is lovely plenty to do we visited the caves at drac and went to soller on train from Palma amazing trip local buses very easy visit Porto cristo on bus 2 eruos

Room Tip: ground floor great access to pool avoid mini bar you will be charged
