My husband and I stayed halfboard for two weeks in July. We have many positive lovely things to say about the hotel and the staff which made our holiday very relaxing, enjoyable and worth the substantial extra cost.
On arrival, the friendly receptionist made us very welcome and check in was conducted in a very classy manner over a glass of chilled Champagne. The foyer and surrounding areas are beautiful and meticulously cared for. Our luggage was transported for us to a large room, which was very well appointed, with a large terrace with pool and tiny seaview. Our room every day was thoroughly cleaned. Towels and linen changed as often as you required.
We had no option other than half board, which we usually only use as a backup as we love to dine out. However the restaurants in Sa Coma, are not the standard we would expect. However the buffet dining experience was the best we've ever had. Linen tablecloths and napkins and very, very attentive staff, including Juan and Ricardo, making the experience better than we could have imagined. Thank you. Oh, and special thanks to the Sushi chef, his creations were sublime.
Breakfasts were plenfitful and imaginative; fruit, cereals, yogurts, breads galore, pastries, cold meats, cheeses and the varied hot choices too.
The pool area is lovely and relaxing too. My husband unfortunately lost his wedding ring in the pool and all staff were alerted. Sebastian, like a man on a mission, found it two days later. Thank you. The pool staff work very hard, the pool bar is lovely. If you feel like a wine outwith the hotel, turn left outside and head to Ardo's; brilliant Spanish wine at a ridiculously low price!!
This is the hotel's first year as Adults Only. There were teething problems with regards to a few families passing the radar for being under 16, but the manager was very reassuring and would endeavour to sort this error.
We both feel that as a team effort, we have never witnessed such a hardworking, friendly, diligent team. Thank you to every single member of staff.

Room Tip: Block 3 is the one to go for, block 1 is above bar and restaurant areas, so best to avoid.

We stayed here August 2013 and found the hotel pleasant enough but made the mistake of going all inclusive when this isn't really set up to be an all inclusive hotel. Evening meals were lacking which meant dining in the resort some nights but that was a problem too because the resort offered no decent restaurants. Service around the pool was rather poor and the 5 star rating was certainly not deserved. I'm sorry to say we would not return.

Me and my husband chose this hotel for 12-days summer vacations. The hotel is definitely not a 5 star.
Positive: adults only. No children. Really relaxed and quiet place.
Negative: extremely poor breakfasts (we had BB). I really cannot eat eggs and sausages every other day. Poor choice of fruits.
Absence of tea/coffee machine in the room. I was unlucky to catch a cold while sleeping with working conditioner at night. During next days when I called to a room service to order tea or a hot water to take a medicine (powder for hot liquid), it took them 30-40 minutes to execute. Once, after waiting for 45 min for the hot water, I dialed the room service again and was told:"but you have water in mini-bar, why are you asking?". So I would suggest hotel staff to improve their English and not to ask stupid questions. By the way, their knowledge of German is much better, maybe only Germans are welcomed in Mallorca?
No shelves in the shower- had to put shower gel etc on the floor.
Overall, will not come back again and will not recommend this hotel.

Stayed 10 nights, all inclusive, up-graded to a Garden room, with very large double bed, situated on the ground floor, which we felt was well worth the extra €10 per night. The hotel consists of three, three storey blocks, all rooms face the pool. It's very quiet, mainly couples staying.

We never had a problem getting a sun bed. Found the pool bar great for lunch, you could eat here, off the menu, at no extra cost if you were AI, we ate here every lunch time - you could go into the dining room for lunch if you preferred.

Great drink selection on AI, including many cocktails. Food was very good, you could even have poached eggs at breakfast!!

All staff work very hard, work long hours and are always very pleasant.

Overall a very good relaxing holiday, we would definitely return & recommend.

My husband and I have just returned from ten glorious days at this hotel. From arrival to departure we were treated like royalty!!!! We landed late and we missed the transfer coach which we had booked through the hotel so they arranged a cab for us at no extra coat. On arrival at the hotel we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist and a glass of cava. We were then shown to our room and our cases were taken for us. We had a gorgeous double room with a balcony which had everything we needed. There are no tea/coffee making facilities but I knew this before we went , from Tripadvisor , and it wasn't necessary!!!
The food here is amazing and Migul the chef cooked fresh meat and fish everyday as well as beautifully poached eggs for breakfast. The majority of the food was buffet style but every day there were different salads , vegetables , fish no meat as well as some amazing puddings. Even though we were there for ten days we never got bored as there such an amazing variety. There was also different themed nights such as Tapas and Sushi.
The pool was gorgeous and we never had an issue with getting a bed. The pool bar was open from 11-6ish and they served all drinks that you wanted as well as some lovely meals at lunch time if you get fed up with the buffet meals. We had pizza one day which was delicious the salads were also yum!!!
I would like to mention Laurence who worked in the bar and the restaurant and always had a smile for you even if he'd been on duty for ten hours!!! Also the red haired Argentinian bar maid whose name has escaped me for being lovely and helping me with my Spanish.
We treated ourselves to a massage on two occasions in the hotel Spa which was incredible. The only warning I would give is that you have to wear very small paper pants and ladies you have to show your bosoms!!!! But after 5 minutes you are so relaxed you lose all of your modesty!!!!!!
There was only one slight negative with this hotel which was where it was situated!!! 2 mins walk from the hotel was like 18-30 Malaga!!!! Guinness bar , fish and chips and all day english breakfast as far as the eye can see!!! Not our cup of tea!!!! Although we did walk to the beach on a couple of evenings after dinner which was very pretty.
All in all if you want a relaxing peaceful holiday with no children where nothing is too much trouble then I would definitely book here.all staff were friendly and helpful and we hope to be back.

Room Tip: As far as we could see all rooms had a balcony and overlooked the pool but block 3 is the quietist a...

We were given a very pleasant welcome at this Hotel, with the offer of a free glass of Carva as we checked in. The overall experience was somewhat lacklustre, which probably goes someway to explain why it was only 25% full.
Whilst all the staff were very pleasant and tried very hard to "get it right", there was a distinct lack of coordination.
The room we stayed in was disappointing, without the expected coffee making facilities.
It is a very quiet environment, the main reason for this being, children are not allowed. We only found this out on arrival, as the receptionist explained it was an "adult only" hotel.
Quite a number of the guests were interesting. Middle aged men, partnered with girls in their early 20s, dressed to kill. I am not going to say which country they were from but if I say that they had little or no manners and every sun bed had a towel on it by 07-30, that might give you a clue.
Overall a good peaceful break but not on the list of hotels to recommend.

Room Tip: I can only go off the room we were allocated, which was particularly dull.

Fabulous hotel.
Helpful and friendly staff, nothing too much trouble, and the rooms were lovely.
Food was awesome, and as a vegetarian, I had a variety of choices at every meal. The chefs cook a lot of the food to order so you have a lot of choice and there were always at least 6 beautiful different salads on offer.
The pool was gorgeous and the sunbeds are lovely to spend a day on with a kindle!
The beach is only a 5 minute walk away and there is a lovely frozen yoghurt shop on the way back if you get too hot ;)
I went with my daughter for a much needed break and it totally refreshed our batteries and we will definitely be returning!!!
Blissful holiday. Thank you Jose and all your staff.
