Have just returned from 1 week (May 2014) at this hotel with my husband and two daughters. We had a thoroughly enjoyable week. The hotel itself is very well laid out and looks typically Spanish, fitting in well with the surrounding villas/houses. The pool area is beautiful with shade from trees when you want it or plenty areas to catch the sun if that's what you want and there was always enough sunbeds available. One word of warning re the pool is the main pool goes from shallow to deep surprisingly quickly although there is a small paddling pool separted from main pool for toddlers. The food was delicious and varied, catering for all tastes (my eldest daughter had pasta every lunch and dinner for the whole week!)and there was never a queue. The dining room was clean and well maintained and the staff friendly and extremely efficient at their jobs. The entertainment staff were absolute marvels! Always cheery and enthusiastic from morning to night in whatever event they were hosting eg rifle shooting, table tennis, aqua aerobics etc...Adults and/or children could be kept busy with daytime activities if they wanted or not if they'd rather just watch or relax instead. The evening entertainment was enjoyed by our children and all the others of all ages staying there. A mini disco starting at 20.30pm, with party games and some extremely catchy songs followed by bingo and then a show (the parrot show and a Las Vegas type dance show being memorable). The rooms were smaller than I'd expected but entirely functional with a balcony and were cleaned with new linen 5 days out of the 7 which was nice. Our room was on the second floor in Cadiz block, quiet with a nice view overlooking the pool. Although there was no air-conditioning we had a ceiling fan and slept with patio doors open in the sitting room (which doubled as our bedroom) and the windows open in the bedroom (where the kids slept) and we were never too hot. The location of the hotel was an approx.10-15mins slow walk to the beach which was a white sandy beach with shallow sea. Overall a perfect week staying in a very family orientated and friendly hotel. Thankyou for making it so memorable.

This hotel is very good value for money, staff are all very pleasant, food good, our apartment was very clean and over looking the pool which is what we asked for. There were lots of Germans there but they weren't a problem for us infact we made some very nice german friends. We travelled as a middle aged couple with no children, there wasn't many children there but it was term time so I'm guessing that's why.
The pool looked very nice but we never went in but the people who were using the pool seemed to be having fun. There was entertainment on every evening in the open air theatre which was fab. We are hoping to return in October it was so good. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday wonderful :-)

My Partner and I stayed at HSM Club Torre Blanca in May 2014 with 5 other friends and we could not have been happier with the price, accommodation, food and staff.

As soon as we entered the reception area the staff were amazingly helpful and funny, making us feel very welcome. All of our apartments were beautiful and tidy and we could not wait to get into the crystal clear pool.

There was a wide variety of food available at every meal time, catering for most diets. The food was cooked to perfection and every time a tray of food was low, a new tray was bought out straight away meaning the hot buffet was always hot and the cold buffet was always fresh. A few members of the group missed the traditional British sausages and bacon at breakfast. However, I felt the bacon and sausage provided was just as good.

We all agreed that what made the holiday for us was the entertainment and the amazing staff! Every member of staff was friendly and eager to get us involved in the daily activities and evening entertainment, as well as engaging in conversation throughout the day.

There was always the option to join in with the daily activities from morning yoga & water aerobics to afternoon football & air rifle shooting. As previously mentioned, the staff were always eager for each guest to get involved with the activities and those who chose to participate really got bought together through the activities & laughs shared, even though language barriers were present, the staff made it easy for all to get along. A few of the reps even offered to host extra football games for us and other guests when no activities were scheduled!

The evening entertainment was always a huge laugh and even funnier once you got to know the staff! By the end of the holiday we honestly felt like we were watching our friends perform on stage, as opposed to holiday reps.

The bar staff were also amazing to us and constantly engaged us in conversation, made jokes and advised our group on the best drinks to try, by the end of the holiday we were all sharing inside jokes, and once again, felt like we were laughing with friends.

The hotel is located in what we felt was a nice quiet area, yet not too far away from night life or beach. This gave us the option to have a night in at the bar or go out to the various pubs and clubs around. However, we found the bar and entertainment so good we decided to stay at the hotel for the majority of our nights!

We never felt left out or neglected at HSM Club Torre Blanca, we did not have to make any complaints, but i'm sure if we did, the staff would be more than happy to help.

When our rooms were cleaned they were cleaned very well and fresh towels and toilet roll were always left outside our rooms on days we hung up the "do not disturb" sign. Even the cleaner was lovely during our holiday and would joke with our group when we saw her.

Overall, we all had an amazing holiday made even better by the fabulous staff! We would certainly come back to HSM Club Torre Blanca again in the future and feel our 10 day stay was just too short!

Room Tip: Apartment 004 has a gorgeous, large balcony over the bar over-looking the pool which gets sun nearly...

We stayed here in September 2013 and for a few hundred quid including flights and transfers you never expect it to be a 5 star Vegas style hotel but its basic at its best. Like everything you get out what you put in and my girlfriend and I tried most things that were on offer. Always plenty to eat and choose from at every meal and found the staff to be friendly and interactive with us.

Yes it is a multi-lingual hotel with German, Spanish, French, Russian, Dutch and British guests and thats very evident from the nightly bingo when poor Giancarlo and Massimo (the Italian entertainers) have to say every number in at least 3 languages which can be funny as you are translating it at the same time. This is what a European, Family, Budget, All-Inclusive hotel is but they do a lot of things very well. The rooms need updating and as a frequent traveller I was very comfortable and would happily take my kids there for a little holiday in the future.

The good beds by the pool get taken quickly but always enough to go round. Beach is only 10 minutes walk away. Supermarket 5 minutes. Bus to Palma is often. Several bars near by too if you want to venture out and no one seems to have mentioned the pub next door run by a family from Teesside which is worth a visit.

When you get back you will still have the Choco-latte song going through your head along with several other cheesy Euro-pop songs.

We stayed here from the 29th September to the 8th of October this year for the first time. And most definitely the last.

Let me start by saying that the room was nice. Adequate. Cleaned 5 out of 7 days and cleaned very well. Fresh towels left pretty much every day and bedding changed a couple of times. We had a ground floor room up in Segovia block, so it was quiet, which is what we asked for at the initial booking.

We didn't use the pool area as it was rammed every day and as the pool was only small and busy, I didn't want to take my young child in there. The pool bar was good, they had slush drinks in there, which is probably the only all inclusive I've been to that has had them.

Food was...interesting. Me and my son lived on pasta for the 10 days. My husband who isn't a fussy eater, struggled to find something edible. Considering that this is a hotel aimed at families, they don't really cater to children foodwise. The hotel was full of Germans as well and I can honestly say that they are one of the rudest races of people I've ever met. They clearly don't know anything about queuing because they just pushed straight in while we were waiting to get our food.

Location of the hotel was probably the best thing about this hotel. Turn right out of the hotel, walk to the end of the road, turn right and go straight down to the beach, which is absolutely beautiful. There's a cracking little bar called Delaney's that we found as well. Instead of turning right, go left past the pub on the corner towards Cala Millor and its about halfway down that road.

If we return to Sa Coma I can honestly say that we won't be staying at this hotel again. For what we paid it was worth it, but next time we'll be paying extra and staying in a nicer hotel.

We spent the last week of the season at this hotel and unlike other hotels we have been to at this time of the year all areas were still open, the children's club still ran, the evening entertainment was still o and the restaurant was not partially closed. The staff were extremely friendly and nothing was to much trouble. The rooms were clean and were cleaned every day. We would definitely use this hotel again and recommend it to others.

Myself and my family stayed here during the October half term and couldn't have had a better time. The hotel is mainly catered for and visited by German guests but this was not a problem. The songs played at the kids entertainment are all in German or Spanish but this didn't stop mine or any other English children staying here from joining in. The entertainment team are brilliant with all the children and spoke all languages so nobody was left out. Our apartment had two single beds pushed together in the bedroom with a cot provided that we asked for. In the living room the sofa turns into a bed with another bed sliding out from underneath. There is also a small kitchen area but nothing is supplied to cook or eat with but as we were staying all inclusive this was not needed. The swimming pool was a bit on the chilly side and took your breath away the first time you jumped in! It is however cleaned every day and is absolutely spotless. The food provided for an all inclusive hotel is to a very good standard with pleanty of choice for kids and adults. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk to the beach but the hotel do offer a shuttle bus for free at certain times. I can't forget to say a massive thank you to all the staff at the hotel. The receptionists were very helpful with any request and bar staff very smiley and always polite. For me though the best staff were those working in the restaurant. With our two young children the waiting staff were always stopping to talk and often encourage them to eat their dinner but in a very loving and playful way which always made our kids smile. If you plan on going out for the day and will miss lunch at the hotel you can get a lunch bag from reception that you can simply fill up when you go for breakfast. This was great for us when we visited the beach as it meant not having to worry about carrying any money. You do however need to inform reception the day before you want a lunch bag. One more thing I wish I knew about prior to spending loads of money on beach toys is that the hotel take in buckets, spades, parasols, lilos etc from guests who are leaving and do not want to take them home and sell them for 1 euro each which go's to a local charity. So before you spend lots of money on brand new items ask the hotel reps if you can look at what they have and save yourself a fortune!
