“Perfect Location!!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 April 2014

Great position on the beach . Fantastic sea view from the lounge/bedroom which I think applies to all rooms from the design of the hotel. We stayed during the last week of the season, when local bars/shops etc were gradually closing. The rooms were great sized, clean, modern with a small balcony over looking the bar/pool. Food was not as varied as other hotels we have stayed in, in fact it was quite basic, but this may have been due to the time of year we stayed as we were literally the last 3 people to leave the hotel as it closed for the season.
All in all a great place to relax, good beaches, decent bus service, value for money family break, THANK YOU!!

Went there as a family of 4 as an all-inclusive package. We booked 2 rooms months earlier and requested that they be located near each other. We were given 2 rooms on completely opposite ends of each other which was a major inconvenience as the hotel is quite large.

Even though it is labelled all-inclusive, if you turned the air con in your room, you had to pay a daily fee. If you wanted to turn the TV on in your room, you had to pay a daily fee to be given the remote control! No towels are provided for the pool/beach so if you didn't bring one yourself, you get asked to go buy one from the shop across the road. Free Wifi is only available in the lobby and again if you need it in your room, you pay a daily fee.

We hired a car for a day from the hotel. We were given the keys and sent on our way. About 10 minutes after driving away and leaving the Sa Coma area to remote roads with no businesses, houses or anything around, the car's fuel light starts flashing indicating an empty tank. Frantic search began to find a gas station quickly where we filled the tank up completely just to be safe. Upon returning the car to the hotel with still 3/4 of a tank left, we asked about that to the reception staff and was told, Oh that's normal here, you get the car with an empty tank then return it empty.......well that would have been useful information to have been told when taking the car initially.

The food. Awful. Plain, boring, tasteless and the same every day. The watered down juices - dreadful, more like cordial than juice.

Entertainment. What entertainment? Non existent.

Never returning here again.

Room Tip: All rooms are large and spacious and have nice views from the balconies

Came here for a weeks all in inclusive 23rd October. It was laye when we arrived, booking in was quick and easy and very polite & friendly. As it was late they had kindly left bottles of water in fridge in room & plates with salad, bread meat and cheese. Rooms where spacious, clean and beautiful views. As it was coming towards end of season it was quite quiet no struggling for sun loungers, all staff where polite and friendly. Food was very pleasant aways managed to find something to eat, breakfast did have a few strange dishes, like onion rings, pasties & green beans. ..... but also offered usual, cereals ,yoghurt, fruit, eggs, bacon etc. Range of drinks was phenomenal such a great choice, kids cocktails, slush puppies, soft drinks etc. Close to local shop's spar shop just across the road. All in all I wouldn't hesitate on going back only let down was entertainment .

Have just got back from a week's all-inclusive, and had a great time. We were a bit worried about what to expect after reading some of the reviews. But to be honest we just don't get some of the negative comments. The food was great, 1st night on the buffet they had duck, veal and pork chops and so on, if you couldn't find anything to eat then that's just unbelievable as quality was very good. The staff were very friendly and always took the time to speak. The restaurant and bar area were spotless. The rooms were also kept to a high standard and the view was superb. We were in room 502 so didn't have the noise that others had to endure. Entertainment was "basic" for adults but if you had kids then they would have loved it. The beach across from hotel was rocky but a 2 minute walk in either direction was sandy and plenty of sunbeds to hire. We went out 1 of the evenings for a meal to B.I.A. which was a bbq place cooking the meats on wood. We had the steak which was delicious. If you are looking for the razzmatazz of Magaluf then Sa Coma is not the place to go as its a quieter resort, which suited us fine. Overall we had a great time and wouldn't hesitate in going back.

Room Tip: All rooms seem to have a sea view but higher the floor the better and quieter, 02 and 03 rooms appea...

We went on 15th October for 4 nights , Typical All-inclusive . But was really pleased after reading some of the negative comments . First floor rooom 111 , It was clean , spacious and was nice having the fridge and hob for last night snacks and early morning drink . The hotel i feel was well located with two nice beaches, bars and restaurants only a few minutes away . And was nice having a supermarket just across the road from reception .The Hotel is very clean throughout and nice decor . We never had a problem with the food , always something fresh and tasty to eat , and if you do not like it , leave it and get something else . Most nights a choice of 3 meats , fish , salads , rice , pasta etc etc . Bar had a good selection of drinks and was always good measures and always got ice unless i said no . Was really nice the soft drinks , Beer ,sangria and wines being self service as it cut down a lot on waiting times for other drinks . I must say all the waiting staff gave great service in restaurant and bar . Every comment i have seen was saying Entertainment was Rubbish . The time i stayed there was only one lady entertainer as near end of season and she done a good job to entertain . But if she has no one to entertain or people do not join in , The entertainment is rubbish . The price i paid i have no complaints. And we would return again . So if your thinking of going or booked , go with an open mind and ENJOY .

Have just returned from a week's All-inclusive holiday staying here with my husband. The hotel is your typical 3 star abode, much the same as any other, quite nice that it is an apart hotel as although we obviously did no cooking it was nice to have fridge and opportunity to make coffee if we wished. Every room has a sea view, I would recommend to try to get 3rd floor or above because of the drone of the generator can be annoying when trying to sleep, we were in room 121 so try to avoid this side of the hotel if possible . The room was clean and maid service 5 days of the 7. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Food - always something you could find to eat, but definitely lent towards German taste, it was all a bit bland and lack of sauces made it all a bit tasteless but edible. Have definitely stayed in 3 stars with better food. Drinks alcoholic or fizzy were warm, and ice must be expensive here because you always had to ask for ice and when you got it they only gave you one ice cube!
Entertainment in this hotel is RUBBISH, so if entertainment is what you are looking for don't come here!
I would say the hotel itself is really based more Si llot than Sa coma, if you were wanting to spend the evening in Sa Coma its quite a walk back. The Resort itself has two nice beaches but they are full of seaweed. Some people have reported issues with getting sun beds round the pool, which does loose the sun in the afternoon. we had no problem at all getting a bed, it must depend on who is staying there as hotel was full during our stay. The pool area and outside bar area is a very nice place to chill out and relax .
Sorry if review sounds negative , just saying how it is, but can assure we both enjoyed our stay and holiday here and must have been spoilt with other 3 star hotels we have stayed in.

Room Tip: away from generator side of hotel

This was our third year at the hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy with plenty of space. There was a good choice of food at all mealtimes. The bar was well stocked with local drinks. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. There are several good beaches close by and the hotel is well located for travel around the Island. There is not any entertainment for adults but there several local bars with evening entertainers. We are returning next year.

Room Tip: All rooms have a sea view.
