“Stunning - Cant wait to return”
Reviewed 21 February 2013

We stayed at Fetget for two days for a friends wedding and not only was it one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed, but the service was outstanding from every member of staff. We were so so well looked after and made to feel so special - Its lovely to know that places that value service to this level still exist. We had the hotel exclusively for the duration and the staff were so accomodating - calling taxis to ferry us about, amending breakfast times so we could sleep in later, cooking up an imprompu lunch for us all so we didnt have to venture out. Our friends had the wedding breakfast in the restaurant and the food was to die for.

An all round wonderful experience - cant wait to go again!

Room Tip: We stayed in room 6 (i think) which slept 4 with two on a mezzanine level - beautiful

We spent one week at this farmhouse in August with our two sons 10 & 13 years old. Stephanie was very helpful at the time of reservation and suggested two rooms for our family and confirmed that they would be adjacent which was practical. We had rooms 4&5. We arrived after 5pm, as we spent our first day visiting Palma and when we arrived the reception was closed but a note from Stephanie with our keys were at the reception.

The children immediately enjoyed the swimming pool, while we visited the grounds. In the evening we had dinner in the restaurant which was very tasty. Actually during the week we had many meals in the restaurant and were never disappointed. The risotto, steak and chateaubriand were excellent and our favorites. The service was discreet and pleasant. The chef was also very nice and we even got a kitchen visit when we asked.

The rooms were not spacious however well planned with plenty of storage space for clothes and luggage. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom functional and clean. Little extras were also appreciated bathrobes, slippers, toothbrush etc. The only trouble is getting use to the air condition and the noise that comes with it, since the air con was so appreciated the noise disappeared.

Breakfast was great!! Freshly squeezed orange juice, delicious! There was simply something for everyone's taste. Perfect. And served until 11 am, which is appreciated when on vacation.

The pool (salt water but only slighty) was so refreshing and relaxing in the August heat.

Our biggest issue with this hotel was that everything was available there to have a perfect vacation without leaving the grounds, so we had to force ourselves to inorder to justify the car rental.

Once home, I received an email to tell me the housekeeper found a necklace which I forgot in the bathroom and they offered to send it to my home. Thank you Stepahnie for organizing. Our holiday was great and hope to make it back next year.

Ses cases de fetget was recommended by a friend and it lived up to its reputation with one proviso. The location is truly stunning. The staff were very helpful and the rooms comfortable and clean. The pool and gardens are a delight and the masseur - you need to book him at reception- was first class. I would return but for one small but important failure - residents are allowed to smoke in the eating areas. We discovered this on the first evening at dinner and chose to eat out for the remainder of our stay but since breakfast (excellent coffee and freshly made bread) was included we had to endure smoke with our eggs and bacon! We moved as far away as possible but still the smell of tobacco was disturbing. What a let down to an otherwise oasis of calm and beauty.

We stayed here for a few days with friends - during the day the men playing golf & my friend & I visiting parts of the island & generally 'chilling out' - the hotel is beautifully situated - very rural & maybe too isolated for some? - although we loved it - the rooms although not spacious were charming & the bed was very comfortable - breakfast was brilliant & available until 1100am - a huge selection of cold buffet items - plus Spanish tortilla plus eggs & bacon etc etc - the staff are charming & very laid back & unobtrusive - noted this was a problem for some guests but I felt this was part of the charm - we had dinner two nights at the hotel - both experiences delicious with a wide choice of fresh ingredients both meat & fish - we are looking forward to going back next year ...

This was a nice place in a nice situation, staff were friendly and helpful. However service in the restaurant could have been better - having ordered brandies and coffee on separate occasions and been promptly forgotten about, I suppose this may have been because they appear understaffed. If you are looking for peace and quiet it us certainly worth considering. Our room was neat - but open plan separated by internal walls with no door to the toilet area. I cannot say this was the same for all of the rooms - but it was not ideal for us. Our terrace was a walled in garden area with no open views to the countryside - others did have though. I do not like to criticise and am sure that this might be what many are looking for but I feel that for in excess of €200 a night we could have done better.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with an open terrace view to the countryside.

Fabulous hotel, incredible setting, great rooms, lovely pool and amazing breakfasts - it would have been hard to find fault, except........... On arrival, nobody there to show us to our room - there was a list with our names on and a key on the empty reception - would not have been a problem if our room door had been numbered! Service in restaurant is patchy despite sterling efforts from the restaurant manager - understaffed we felt. Also, spa was not open (would have liked to have been advised of this on booking) and on asking about lunches we were told that there may or may not be someone to do this, most likely not. Felt it was too expensive given the level of service (the place is gorgeous though).

Im from Mallorca and working in hotel business. I choosed this hotel to celebrated my wedding banquet and spend some days as part of my Honeymoon.

From the moment I contact with the hotel, Stephanie (the manager) went the extra mile with me, to make sure I would have a wonderful special day. The service was excellent, friendly and all the staff just make you feel home away from home.

The hotel is located between Son Servera, Arta and very close to the most wonderful beaches of the island. It's a small hotel, a Mallorcan house, very quite, calm. If you're looking for a time to relax, away from everything but very close to towns, this is the perfect place.

The hotel run by the family who owns it, friendly people, who is always willing to help and make sure you're stay in the hotel is perfect.

We stayed in room 10 a Suite. It was big, spacious, quite, with a fire place and a terrace, sunbeds outside, perfect!!!

The restaurant also a gem. Romantic, cozy, with a fire place in it.
The food is delicious, the staff very friendly.
