We stayed for a week from 3 - 10 April.
The accommodation is fantastic. But, the best bit about this place is the staff. They could not do enough for you. Absolutely first class service from everyone. The most friendly, hospitable and caring staff that we have come across in a very long time.
The restaurant for breakfast and dinner is outstanding. The food is sumptuous yet very reasonably priced. The restaurant staff are true professionals and you can see they relish in providing an excellent service.
Overall, a really excellent break.

We have stayed at Bahiazul for a week in end of April.
We have rented the car from Plus Car, very cheap and didn't have to pay for petrol up front.
It takes around 40 minutes to drive from the airport to Corralejo, roads are safe and in very good condition, there is hardly any traffic and its very easy to get into Bahiazul.
The complex is well maintained, clean and really beautiful.
We have booked with Katis Villas to make sure we get the best service, after reading some posts here I just wanted hassle free holiday.
Girls at Katis are very friendly and helpful with big smiles and positive attitude.
We have stayed in Greek villa, with heated swimming pool and jacuzzi.
The villa was spotless and well equipped inclusive of portable oven/grill, (people here often mention the lack of oven in Bahiazul Villas), citrus presser, two coffee makers.
The shower was very powerful and internet fast.
The weather was lovely, warm and a bit windy and we used pool a lot, the pool area is perfect for sunbathing and chilling, sunny almost all day, the roof terrace area has got a sun until end of the day.
We had breakfast once at Bahiazul restaurant, pricey but worth the money, hot and cold food including different breads, cakes, pastries, fresh fruits, vegetables, cheese etc
I can not fault anything at villa and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect holiday.

We have had a very nice time here between 14/4/14 to the 25/4/14. My wife and I stayed in a premier garden villa with four children with ages ranging from 5 years to 15 years. Really enjoyed the stay and the standard of the villa was very good, not perfect though. We also had other family staying in different villas which did highlight differences within standards. Luckily everything seemed to work in our villa but I would like to add that my sister in law had the same spec as us but their hot tub never heated up. This was highlighted to staff but never resolved. Our other relations in another villa only had a jacuzzi and not a hot tub which was cold, just be aware when booking if you want a hot tub. The resort is as mentioned in other reviews, spotless, I would like to point out that the breakfast staff visibly lift out the glass inset on each table to clean any debris left by other customers, very impressed. Breakfast is very good although between our three villas we got very different rates, we got an excellent rate through email but our family were offered far higher rates and when this was pointed out to the staff they did seem reluctant to match the our rate. The biggest problem I had with the stay were the beds, I think previous reviews have mentioned issues with them and I have to agree. The beds are small and uncomfortable which I think is not acceptable with a resort of this quality, why? I never looked forward to going to bed, and lets face it most people are here to relax from busy lives and the upmost importance should be placed on sleep quality of which the villa failed to deliver. Having said this I still enjoyed the stay and all staff were very professional. I would return here and it was a very pleasant stay, if the beds were sorted out then it may be a yearly visit.

Just had a short break here with friends. The villa was fabulous, well equipped and having the iPod playing all over the villa was brilliant. The town is not really walking distance but a taxi was only 5 euros so no problem there. My only gripe was the wi fi which made dial up look good, and you could only have one devise on at a time. Of you walk down to the supermarket be sure to look out for the chipmunks. Having said that we are already thinking of going back as the villa and the staff were very good.

Returned from this location on 9/4/2014 If you are looking to completely chill this really is the place to go it is a little way out of resort but a taxi can easily b called for by the nice security guards cost 4 euros. There is the Bahiazul Restaurant where the food is presented beautifully and tastes just as good. I had previously read reviews stating that their prices were expensive but sorry cannot agree with this coment as from our experience from eating at restaurants at the port or resort the Bahiazul Restaurant were reasonable and the food delicious topped with their amazing staff you cannot go wrong.

We stayed in a 3 bedroomed garden villa which was very nice and comfortable and requested the pool to be heated for the 14 days which cost 300 Euros agree this is expensive but know from past experience to have a pool heated in Lanzarote is expensive due to high electric costs. Regarding Internet the speed and connection was not good but they did get Telefonica in to sort it out which they did and the connection and speed was fast but unfortunately this was put right as we were packing our cases to come home.

We took this holiday to really rest and relax in nice surrounding and Bahiazul ticked all the correct boxes but what also made our holiday wonderful was the staff who are very friendly, polite, courteous and very professional - One member of staff I would like to call out is Bernardo - such a
kind, caring nothing too much Bernardo really does go that extra mile to make sure their guests have a perfect holiday.

Felt sad to leave when all the staff said goodbye

We have just returned from a fabulous week long stay here. We arrived out of hours but were greeted and given a comprehensive tour of the villa. It really is like the pictures! You immediately feel relaxed, and the bottle of cava chilling in the fridge certainly helped! The kitchen is very well equipped, and personally we had no issue with there not being an oven as some have mentioned, as we cooked creatively and used the hob for things we would have used an oven for - but we mostly had salads and BBQ's. The Mercadona just up the road is great, with a fabulous selection of fresh fish and breads. Its very cheap, with wine at 1.50 euros upwards, and spirits from 8 euros. We never ate out as we enjoyed cooking so much. The roof terrace is great, we had a lovely warm jacuzzi most evenings, just keep pressing the on button once in a while throughout the day to keep it hot. I spoke to reception a few times with regard to issues with our hire car and to arrange a late check out. Everyone was totally charming and could not do enough to help us. The security guards on the gate are incredibly friendly too. Corralejo was ok, the harbour end was very pretty, but there are alot of touristy bars and reastaurants up the top end - fine if you like that kind of thing - but we wanted to avoid the whole "burger and pizza" thing which was touted at you everytime you walked past a restaurant. I would advise hiring a car - its a very quiet town and easy to navigate, and you are only a 5 min drive from the beautiful golden sand dunes. Worth doing as the small beach in town was very busy.
My only downside would be the towels - take your own as the 2 that are provided are small and thin. With regard to the TV - I personally loved that there was no English channels - I am in a Spanish country, and I want to watch their TV!
We will be going back for sure!

Room Tip: Ask to be in a quiet area as I could imagine it would be very noisy with children in a villa next to...

I booked a Superior Club Villa for the last week of March. The booking was for myself and my partner, as well as 2 friends. Everything went extremely smoothly - an email confirmation was sent out and they asked us for our flight details to make sure reception was open at our arrival. Just make sure to ask for pick-up from the airport 3 days prior to arrival, as this will not be arranged otherwise. There were plenty of taxis at the airport and the fare was approx. 45 euros.
The girl at reception was lovely, and was fluent in English, Italian, and a few other languages. Check-in was simple and straightforward - they gave us a map of the island and talked us through the few options in terms of excursions, best restaurants, beaches, etc.
We were than taken to our villa - it was BEAUTIFUL. All white, minimal decor, open plan living room and kitchen, 3 bedrooms (master double bedroom with huge ensuite, twin bedroom, and double bedroom, both with en suite), pool area/jacuzzi with small dining table and sun loungers, upstairs terrace with a longer dining table, bbq, balinese bed and bar, all the essentials (including a hairdryer in the main bathroom and safe), and an incredible sound system throughout the entire villa. We could listen to music in the swimming pool, terrace, bbq area or inside the house! We asked for a heated pool (only heats to 25 deg C) and although the weather great for most of the holiday, the pool was still a bit too cold. Also, the hotel policy on number of bath towels seems to be very strict as we had someone come to check that we actually were left with 2 towels, instead of 4 after the cleaning service. Having a washing machine on the terrace solved the issue as we washed the towels every couple of days. My only suggestion would be to pack a beach towel!
We went out to Corralejo town every night, and the cab fare was only 3 euros! Great restaurants all around town, and we also managed to see the last night of the Carnival. The villa is a 3 minute walk to a huge supermarket, where the selection of meat and fish is incredible, so it made spending time in the villa even more enjoyable.
Overall, the Villa was a fantastic place to unwind and spend some time with loved ones and friends, and we are all looking forwards to going back next year!
