“Don't eat beforehand!”
Reviewed 8 August 2014

Honestly, the bread and aioli was so delicious that I would have been content munching on that all night.. That being said, the food was exceptional and the portions were probably the largest I've even been faced with in a restaurant.

“Huge portions!”
Reviewed 5 August 2014

This is a great restaurant somewhat hidden away in the side streets, so it did take a bit of exploring to find it. Once we were there the service was great and we were given bread to get us started, with a lovely garlic mayo dip. I would recommend the salmon, but given the amount that was on my plate that night, it is surely now extinct! It was incredibly tasty and perfectly cooked. It wasn't boneless which may put some off, but wasn't an issue. My girlfriend had the chicken escalope, which was equally huge and equally tasty.

If you're not someone with a massive appetite, the half-portions will be for you, but I would definitely recommend a visit.

“Top food, relaxed local feel”
Reviewed 21 July 2014

Had a delicious meal here with great wine, was the best dinning experience of our week stay by far.
We had to wait a little white for the table, (they don't take bookings) as it was packed but well worth it.

Bread and the best aioli I've ever tasted was the complementary taster I then tried the mussels followed by a steak. All was great tasting, freshly cooked and quick to arrive. Staff were friendly and even though they were really busy you weren't chased or rushed as all.

Portions are massive so make sure you are hungry when you arrive and a word of warning they don't take cards so make sure you have cash but that said it was not expensive at all, well worth a visit if you want a break from the all inclusive buffets

“Fantastic!”

Took my daughter here for dinner after a few disappointing meals. Wow! Food was excellent, service was attentive and the bill was very reasonable. Highly recommended but need to get there early to avoid disappointment.
