The one thing Fuerteventura has lots of is beautiful sand and sea! The best place to experience sand dunes is the Parque Natural de Corralejo. Miles of gorgeous white sand beneath a blue sky with a light cooling breeze, who could ask for more within a 2 minute drive from the lovely resort of Corralejo. Leave your car (lots of FREE parking) and go for a stroll in the dunes, re-discover nature in the wild. fFantastic!

Definetely worth a stop. Flag beach is a famous surf spot. Suggest to go there in the evening or early morning for the best pictures.

Loved watching the wind and kite surfers. Didn't venture into the sea as it was too cold. The nudists were a bit of an eye opener - not discreet at all.

Lovely area, I could live nearby forever. Its like entering another world, we wandered and strolled here a couple of times during our week long stay in Corralejo. Thank heavens we brought water and sunscreen, even though there was a breeze we still were lightly sunburned and we had a high factor sunscreen which we kept reapplying.
