just enjoyed a 2 week holiday in wonderfull cassanova , great 3 bed 3 bathroom rental in a lovely complex .
Would have no hesitation returning here , loved it

2nd time staying at El Sultan and enjoyed it just as much. the Villa was great, the complex was quiet due to the season but not far from the town and the beach.
very relaxing and would definitely go back. The only thing that didnt give it 5 stars was faulty WIFI, so confirming flights etc was difficult. Other than that, great place.

Just returned. The house was much nicer then expected, bigger as well. It was handy to have a downstairs bedroom as was traveling with a handicap person. Jim was very welcoming when we arrived, there was a nice welcome pack awaiting for us. A couple of thinks I would point out would be that the inside insidebedroom doors needs some DIY as due to high winds they kept openning and the lock wasn't working so we had to leave them open. Also some crawlies in the kitchen cupboard needs a bit of attention. We were party of six and with 3 bedroom were only offered two sets of keys. This is not a practical solution as the property is gated and if split up, we were unable to return. Jim has sorted it all out though. Would
definitiley consider again.

Met promptly at the airport by the owners property agent, very friendly helpful guy. Property is over 3 floors (including roof terrace), nicely furnished, everything we needed was there, on our 3rd day wifi was installed which was a useful bonus for us. We noticed there wasn't a coffee machine, mentioned it to the agent and a cafetiere appeared the same day - excellent! We're reasonable fit and I'd say it takes 20 mins to walk to the main street with shops/bars/restaurants, about 30 to get to the old town/harbour area, in our opinion that's just about right as we don't like being too much in the thick of things, and enjoy walking... it's also conveniently situated so you can walk out to the dunes/conservation area in about 30 mins. We didn't bother hiring a car, walked everywhere, got a bus (again bus stop v convenient) to El Cotillo and took a boat trip to Los Lobos. The nearest shopping centre has a decent supermarket and a lovely Tapas restaurant, 21 Euros for 7 generous tapas and a bottle of wine + bread & alioli for 2 people.. after trying 5/6 places within the town we decided this was our favourite restaurant, nice service, good value, tastey food. We had a relaxing break with fab weather and would recommend and would definitely return.

Stayed here over New Year with husband and teenage children. The apartment is spacious well equipped and clean. Kitchen is small but meets all your needs for a family holiday. Pool area is very well maintained and delightful. It is a little more than a 10 minute walk however in to town. 10 mins may get you to the very edge of town but more like 20 - 25 mins down to the harbor area. Not a problem as we are all fit and healthy but could be if you have the very young or old with you. Plenty of facilities nearby.Only other comment is that hot water is a bit limited for showers. Really helpful hosts and everything went smoothly with booking. Would happily return.

Stayed here with my wife, two daughters there husband/partner and baby (10 months) grandson. The house was well equiped for six people, with everything needed. The complex was clean and tidy with the pool areas well maintained. The complex housed local residents as well as holiday makers which made a nice atmosphere. Karen was helpful throught the booking process. Would highly recommend this property.
