it is generally nice budget place with decent food and rooms, well located near the beach, not too far from town. we stayed there as a couple, and everything would be fine if we got a couple's bed, not too single beds. Wen doing the booking we asked for a couple bed. I was very disappointed with their attitude, not willing to change the rooms. All inclusive drinks were quite poor quality so we did not even bothered and just went to town for a meal and drinks.

Room Tip: if you travel as a couple call them and confirm you will get a double bed!!!!

Quick transfer from airport, hotel is located on the beach in a stunning location, you could be fooled into thinking your were in the Caribbean.
Check in staff were extremely efficient and very friendly, we were immediately directed to lunch and check in would be completed after we had eaten.
The restaurant is huge, very good selection of food on offer, all very fresh and continuously replenished.
The bedrooms are very dated but immaculately clean so therefore no complaints. There's a mini safe which is free of charge, ample storage.
Wifi is by token from machine in foyer, €5 per day but there were other options available. The signal could be picked up by the pool and in the bars.
Sunbeds! Good luck! We were out at 8.30 and 80% had towels on them! Some had the same towels from the previous day .... And were unoccupied for 2 days, staff could perhaps remove towels at the end of the day. That's my only complaint, everything else was faultless.
We had a lovely break there and look forward to returning (with a stack of towels!)

The staff in this hotel are FANTASTIC, we never saw one member of staff without a smile and never not saying "OLAH". Okay the area is windy, but you know that before you book. Wouldn't bother to use Thomson or First Choice again though.

Room Tip: We did pay the extra for seas view and pleased we did

First thing first the staff are the best I have come across from the cleaners to the reception, always polite and greeted with a smile.
The hotel is kept spotless by an army of cleaners the bar staff work their socks off trying to serve as quick as possible and the waiters in bars and restaurants clear away as soon as you finished.
We were in the annexe overlooking the pool 1224 the room was spacious but did need some TLC and up dating. We did have a problem with the free safety box would not lock, after reporting it at reception by the time I got back to our room maintenance was their .
There was no shortage of sun loungers around our pool, pool towels could be changed daily but had to go to main hotel before midday to do this.
The food was at best average and just warm unless the chef had just cooked it. Breakfast was standard apart from bacon only twice a week no mushrooms and no grilled tomatoes.
The best thing of this hotel is it's location on the beach which is clean and goes on for miles so if you are looking for just a beach or a relaxing holiday then this is the place for you.
The entertainment team worked very hard and the evening show's were mostly song and dance and finished at 22-20 a duo in a small bar till later.

visited for a week in early December for some winter sun and bit of a chill out and had a lovely relaxing week. The amount we paid was I thought reasonable and represented good value. The beach was just beautiful and I tried to sunbathe there though sometimes it was a little too windy given time of year. I wasn't as impressed with the main pool area which seemed very busy and I never saw any free sun loungers, although admittedly I probably wasn't looking until mid morning. I didn't like the dirty plates and glasses which seemed to build up there too however the pool in the annexe was much more relaxed and clean and well maintained. I really enjoyed the food, went there with realistic expectations keeping in mind the price and hotel rating and was pleasantly impressed- def ate well, prob too well as put on a bit of weight! Drinks were good as well, nice bar staff and cava included in ai which is my favorite so I was very pleased! A real highlight was watching the great dancing by some older couples in the smaller bar (can't remember its name) one evening, just lovely!

All in all I really developed a soft spot for this hotel and would happily go back at that price again.

Just finished a weeks stay here with my Partner as part of our honeymoon break. We chose this hotel due to the great reviews we read and location. Have to say the beach is second to none with stunning views from our hotel room. Good to see the hotel providing wine and chocs to other guests although we didn't receive anything for our special stay which was a bit disappointing and yet the hotel were aware. We didn't let this affect our stay and had a great time. Local bus is reasonable price and has links to Corralejo itself and Puerto Del Rosario. Entertainment was poor in the hotel as well as the wifi as the signal wasn't always good. For this reason the wifi not value for money. Aside from this all staff were friendly, welcoming, helpful and greeted you when you walked past them which was very nice. All in all a very good stay. Would return back again.
