Just come back from a lovely week. Hotel was clean had our towels changed 3 times during the week but they where a little hard and worn well. Room was cleaned every day except Fridays and Sundays. The staff where friendly and check in was done quick. In the room there was a TV and had to 7 free channels which one is an English channel and the others are foreign the others are pay per view but then you could only get Sky sports, sky news BBC world news. Little disappointed if you have children and they wanted CCBC or Cbeebies. Good standard of equipment for self catering. Enjoy my stay the only down point was the weather could have been a little better but a least I did come back with a tan.

Just back from one weeks stay, still doing the ironing!! The weather wasn't the best but we hardy Scots were able to wear t-shirts and shorts each day.
Very quick efficient check in and the staff there were always ready to help. We didn't have a balcony but since it was so windy it didn't matter as there was a table in the room where we sat and read and looked out the large window. Good view.
The room was large and equipped for self catering. Since we were AL we only used the fridge.
Down side was the towels were only changed 3 times a week, Clean when we arrived on Saturday then changed Monday and Wednesday, which meant by the time we left on Saturday we had been using the same towels for 4 days. We had a large airer in the room and left the window open but it wasn't too good.
The only other complaint was the food. Since there were people self catering or half board and the hotel is not big it was obviously difficult to have too many choices for the numbers eating in the dining room. Some days there were very few people in at lunch times. Not enough choice but although I am a very fussy eater I did most times we went find something. One day it was very nice crusty bread with butter and cheese and olives washed down by some very nice red wine. We did eat out ( we always do even when we go all inclusive) and there are some very good tapas bars and restaurants in the old town.
The staff are excellent without exception and the entertainment was really good. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves during the day and in the evening and it made for a very friendly atmosphere.

arrived at the hotel on the 18/1/14.n hotel staff where brilliant , quickest check in i have ever had. room was a boi dated but clean and accomadating. the hotel staff i have to say where the friendliest bunch i have ever come across. the food was ok, we was all inclusive and always found something to eat on the menu. there is a microwave as well for those that like their food hot.
unfortunatly for us the weather was horrible. we had 1 and half days of sun, the rest was very windy and we even had rain .
the centre is about 10 min walk. so not to far away.
i must say the sangria at the hotel was the best.
i think we would stay here again but i would go later in the year when the weather was warmer.

The hotel was clean and our 1 bed apartment spacious and kept clean so apart from the weather [we were told was the worst ever for Jan] we enjoyed our holiday and would definitely recommend it and will go back. We have just returned from a weeks stay at Playa Park Club, and apart from the weather, we had a lovely weeks stay.

First impressions, very clean and bright reception.
Check in was very quick, and we was directed to our room on the second floor. There are two lifts so no lugging suitcases up flights of stairs.
Our room, 141, was at the end of the corridor above reception. I think this is possibly the quiet part of the hotel.
On entering our room, we were pleasantly surprised at how much space we had for a studio apartment.
We had 2 single beds pushed together to make a double, which we didn't mind, and it was really comfortable. We both slept really well, so no problems there.
The kitchen area was small, but we were not there to cook our meals as we were all inclusive. There was everything you would need if you was self catering, but there was no kettle, which I felt would of been better than boiling water in a saucepan for a cup of tea or coffee first thing in the morning, which is what we was doing. There was also a fridge, which was very clean.
The bathroom was quite big. Lovely hot shower and good pressure.
We had a balcony with table and chairs, which were in the room when we first arrived as the wind was rather strong, but we soon put these out once it had died down.
There was also a dining table and chairs in the room and a t.v, which if you wanted to have a news channel, sky news, bbc world news, or sky1, then you had to pay 3 euros a day for, and you had to get the remote from reception and you would be charged 10 euros for, BUT we were not charged for this and we brought the t.v for 4 days.
The food was all really fresh and was plenty for everyone. The salad bar was a real treat for me as I love salad while on holiday. They had theme nights. International, Italian, Mexican, Spanish, which was really nice as you got to try lots of different foods. Breakfast was lovely, and the pastries were very moorish! There was always something to eat, and I should know cause I am really fussy with what I eat.
The pool was really, really clean. There were lots of sunbeds and you didn't have to fight for them. They were in really good condition, almost like new and really comfortable. I did not go in the pool, there are 3 pools, as the water was too cold for me. The large pool is not heated, but the smaller one is, and I don't know about the children's pool as I did not need to go up that far. People were swimming in the big pool and said it was quite cold, so be warned. I should think that would be ok in the summer.
The entertainment staff worked really hard to get everyone to participate in the games, but if you just wanted to relax and chill, then they left you alone and didn't keep on for you to join in.
The evening entertainment was ok. They had little shows and then singers or bands. Some were really good and some not so good.
The drinks were what we expected, and we enjoyed what we had. We are not big drinkers so didn't try all the cocktails.
There is a shopping centre just across the road and a supermarket. There is also plenty of places to eat and drink there if you are self catering.
The beach is about a 10min walk across the road, and the sand dunes are about a 20min walk where you will find the flag beach, which is absolutely stunning.
All the staff work really hard to make your holiday enjoyable, and are really nice and helpful and can not do enough for you.
Would we stay here again, yes we would.

Arrived 1st January 2014 for 1 week self catering. Cannot fault hotel it was fantastic. Entertainment during the day was good to keep kids occupied apart from the kids club it had darts, table tennis and water aerobics for adults. was really fun. Massage beside pool certainly helped as well. Food in hotel was good and bar service was great. Overall great holiday and can't wait till next year till we return.

Room Tip: We stayed in 306 and 309. Poolside walking out to pool area. Fantastic.

Just remember its a 3* hotel .what you get for your money is true value. This hotel has lovely pools and surrounding area all immaculate .we were self catering but snacks were very good and cheap bottles of corona and peroni 2 euros . corralejo has some lovey bars and restaurants we had the best indian meal ever at Fazzs down at the marina. If there's a better 3* hotel in the canaries for the price I very much doubt it and would highly recommend it Book it.Grat little hotel.
