Have been meaning to leave a positive review since we returned.
We stayed as a family of 2 adults, my 18 year old sister, a 6 year old and a 1 year old.
The villa is very spacious, cold marble floors throughout to keep you cool, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, the villa was very clean upon arrival and had cleaning products in the cupboards so we could keep the villa clean ourselves. Also in the cupboard were things like tea, coffee etc left by previous people which helped as we arrived late on our first day.
There is a safe for your valuables and a key lock outside.
The pool was a lovely temperature to cool off in, the hot tub was fantastic for relaxing in at night after the kids had gone to bed.
During the day the tiles on the roof terrace can get hot so footwear is needed.
We felt very safe and secure being in a gated complex, the villas around us were sparsely occupied so it was very quiet and peaceful.
The views from the roof terrace were amazing and we loved eating up there.
The supermarket is no more than a 10 minute walk away and everything was very reasonably priced, like an Aldi or Lidl.
We walked into town a couple of times which took maybe 25-30 minutes, its downhill on the way but a bit tiresome with 2 kids to walk back after a day out.
Everyday we asked the guard on the gate to phone a taxi for us and they were always very polite and helpful, the taxis into town for a large vehicle was about 7€
At the end of our stay we asked the guard to look after our bags for us as we had an evening flight and he locked them up for us.
We did not use any of the complex amenities as they were quite pricey and a 10-15 minute walk you can get a great breakfast for a few euros at Breakfast at Tiffanys.
I would 100% recommend this villa especially to people who have children as there is a conjoining bedroom, non slip stairs up to the roof terrace and a gate to stop little ones wandering, also the complex itself feels safe.
We loved our stay and is by far the best villa we have stayed in!
We booked as a group of 6 adults for 1 week in December 2017. Previous TripAdvisor comments looked great and we looked forward to staying there. On arrival the villa was clean, brand new hot tub so all seemed well. We reported there was water pooling outside on the patio and the tiles were lifting. We also advised the owners the pool light timer was only switching off after midnight - difficult to sleep in that all the rooms have very light / see through curtains so the illuminated pool was very bright inside all three bedrooms.
We had a family reunion on the first night, other family members were staying in the same complex. Received an email from the owner saying we had been reported for being noisy and that kids were seen to be in the hot tub (with parents). My niece & nephew are 8 & 10 they have their own hot tub at home - really - we saw three other guests with kids using hot tubs in other villas. On the subject of kids - I would not recommend the complex for families with kids, there is nothing for them to do. The complex has small gym and a half size tennis court in poor condition which you can hire for €12/hr. The few other kids we saw were left to play football in the streets, kicking their balls against the villas or between themselves.
The first 6 channels on Sky didn’t work while we were there and movies were pin protected so we could not watch any over 12 films. There was a good collection of books and the WiFi worked fine.
A water leaked developed whilst we were there and the owners were quick to arrange the insurance accessor.
The pool needs to be relined and the heater control fixed - it was freezing cold and could not be used. Luckily the new hot tub worked perfectly though I understand this is NOT drained and refilled between guests. We own timeshare elsewhere and the emptying of hot tubs between guests leaving and new ones arriving is mandatory.
All three bedrooms had an ensuite shower and toilet - but no door, a strange construction layout.
Great villa, lovely space, cool marble floors, very clean and spacious.
We loved the pool and especially the hot- tub, its a much better quality and size hot tub than all the others we have had in other villas on holidays.
You can see the beach in the distance from the hot tub.
You can use the buffet breakfast in the main part of the estate ( you have to pay) - its worth it at least once. I used the spa rooms and the paddle tennis court too.
The whole complex is the most well kept we have stayed at, and quiet at night for sleep.
I recommend this place to couples and families wanting to stay by Correlejo.
Me and my partner stayed for a week and loved it! Would of stayed longer if we could! It would suit larger families also as plenty of space! Pool area and top terrace is great and loved the jacuzzi and BBQ. Hair dryer and towels provided which is handy. Location is just by a large supermarket and taxi is also accessible via the main gate. Roughly 40 mins from the airport.
I'd recommend hiring a car so that you can explore the island and enjoy some of the sights, such as Calderon Hondu and the Sand Dunes. I'd also recommend the villa complex breakfast - 14 euros per person but really lovely experience.
We have just returned from a lovely week at Casa Woo Woo.
The villa was excellent, had everything that we needed. The terrace level upstairs with the hot tub and bbq was a great addition.
We would happily return to Casa Woo Woo.
Wonderful relaxing week, villa beautiful, clean, very stylish and managed very well by friendly Janet & Chris. Located on secure immaculate peaceful complex. Clean, warm, salt water private pool, (no chlorine to deal with, great for children). Superb view of coralejo beach from roof top terrace, lie and soak up the sun! Relax in the 6 person jacuzzi on the roof terrace at dusk and watch the sun go down. BBQ after under pagoda, also on the roof terrace. The road networks are great and good for traveling around this beautiful peaceful island. And the local town of coralejo is very trendy with superb restaurants of all different types. The off road trip on Buggies is a great way to see the volcanic craters and coast line, and don't forget the food to feed the chipmunks. All in all a week in heaven. Shame it had to end.
