“AMAZING-CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK........”
Reviewed 3 August 2011

Returned late last night, and missing the place like mad. Stayed with my husband and 2 children- Emily and Alfie-TOP BOMMER, send a big high five. This holiday was fantastic and so was the hotel, the ENTERTAINMENT TEAM and KIDSWORLD Team are the best, so friendly, funny and lovely people, and it is genuine and not just a job to them. Food was great and plentiful, always a good variety and if anybody found fault, well what can we say, you must eat like Kings and Queens at home LOL. Room was spacious, we were lucky as we had a pool side room and the sun didn't hit us so it was very cool especially at night. There is always plenty to do and there is no presure to join in the games of a day or night. We met some fantastic people and friendsw there, especialy the Irish, true friends and lovely people, it wasn't the same once you left, you truely were missed. Cant wait to return next year to the Oasis, loved it. P.S Craig-Dave said your too cool for your own good-Hoosh...
Love to all and thank you for making our holiday as fantastic as it was.
See you soon and keep up the fun.
Adios Amigos.

This hotel reminded us of a business just about to close down - which is a shame because it does have plus points which could make it a good hotel! Staring on a positive note the rooms are spacious, plenty of room around the pool, the food was hot and the entertainment staff work extremely hard. On a negative note my bigest complaint is the lack of staff which means you have to queue endlessly for everything! On entering the dining room you fight to get a table because no one has cleaned the used ones up, queue for food because there isnt enough cooked, queue for drinks because only one machine is working and although the food was hot it was extremely repetitive (and we only stayed a week). The queues didnt end here, you queued for the bar in the day, you queued for the bar at night - surely they need more bars or more than 2 bar staff in peak season to cope with the demand???
Although the rooms were spacious my biggest complaint would be the lack of air con, we had to leave doors open for ventilation at night which made me feel very uneasy from a security point of view with young children.
Overall, not bad value for money but if your looking for good service you need to book elsewhere!

I cant believe people slate this hotel, people's expectations are unbelievable. Well we returned yesterday from a 11 day holiday with a family party of 7 we read reviews before we left and was shocked to our findings people writing horrid reviews which made us quite anxious, however we arrived around midnight due oir flight out slightly delayed, we were greeted and checked in promptly, and even had some food left out which was salad things but we were not expecting anything due to the time so was quite pleased about being able get something. The next day we met the wonderful debbie the hol rep for oasis village who was very welcoming and was happy to help regarding any issues ( a real asset to Thomas Cook) also the yellows (kids club staff) Hanna, Glen, Cherri and the rest of the gang all wrk soooo hard!! Thank you to you all, anyway back to hotel itself, rooms big spacious we left our balacony door slightly open breeze kept us comfortable at night, food was good hot and plenty of choice ( not 5 star but good ) and would like to say the resturant staff allways busy clearing tables and cleaning up even found time to humour us,pool bar was fast serving so no issues there, evening bar was good little queues however not much time wasted queing, my two children enjoyed the shake down kids dance and games which the entertainment staff provided excellent job there guys, pools are great and clean if i had one issue it would be towels on the sunbeds frustrating i wish hotels would ban this as if you wanted to be in a certain location around the pool you would have to be up really early to guarantee you spot around the pool overall pleasantly surprised how well we all enjoyed our holiday was great please dont read the bad reviews in my oppinion good galue for money remember its only three star which i think its excellent for that rating, if you want good family holiday, friendly staff go to oasis vilage.

The rooms in the Oasis Village are fantastic, massive living room area, bathroom, bedroom and balcony!!! The pool area has plenty of beds, though we were there in the low season so not sure about height of summer!?!? There was plenty of food and if you're not fussy then you won't be disappointed, there was always plenty of different dishes to choose from and lots of salad, the bread was fab!!! The staff were very friendly and the rooms were really clean.

C U SOON.

Room Tip: try get C BLOCK if you want to be right next to the kids club and playground/sandpit

i came back from the oasis villiage on the 15th of june. now looking that there are so many good reviews i cant believe it, It really wasent up to much our balcony doors were both broken and also front door, the rooms are really spacious which was good but very depressing room, also there were cockroaches in our room most nights so i couldnt sleep unless i got drunk.
the pool area is lovely and big and the pool bar is good, and entertainment is going on all day. and brilliant for kids. the entertainment in the night is not very good if we had more company might have been better. so we went out most nights lovely bars around and good prices,
really wont rush back to this hotel worst three star so i understand you get what u pay for but payed a lot less for some 3 * and would say its 4 the no aircon is of putting and u can pay 300 odd pound to go to tunisia which if fantastic holiday the treatment u get for the price is unbelievable.

Room Tip: no aircon in rooms
