Mattresses and seating foam well over due for renewal.
Dinner was boring, different food , but it always looked and tasted the same.
The breakfast selection was very good, but we ended up visiting local restaurants for our evening meals, of which there is a great selection.

On arrival we could immediately see what many reviewers also noted; the hotel is totally unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues and is looking in dire need of a refurb. The rooms are on 3 floors with no lifts and it is a 10 minute walk to the old town through largely unlit streets. Additionally there were NO open bars or restaurants en route and the hotel bar seems - bizarrely - closed every night; this despite the place being very busy. You're therefore left with the choice of early nights, a walk into town or joining the IT obsessives who sat day and night playing with Smart Phones and Ipads in the wi-fi area, which I found weird compulsion for a holiday! This apart though, the hotel deserves the rating I've given on the basis of decently equipped rooms, a good in-house supermarket, excellent friendly staff and the undeniable excellent value it represents. Not for the location though which I wasn't too impressed with.

Room Tip: We paid an extra 70+ Euros for a 'sea view' but with hindsight I'd check out the allocat...

We stayed in the hotel with young volleyball team and we were very satified. We had great holidays fot very good value of money. We were satisfied with entertainment program, specially children, they enjoyed staying in mini club. It was clean, safe (we were traveling with children), they helped us to organize trips around the island (we got discounts,...) We would repeat it again.

I sometimes wonder why these people who expect luxury pay to stay in a 3 star self catering complex and a budget price and expect 5* standards, this complex delivers exactly what it states on the tin, basic 3 star complex within 10 min walk to the town, it is a no frills hotel but was clean and the pool area was lovely with a very friendly bar open until 4pm, the grounds where well maintained and the pool area very spacious with no shortage of sun loungers, there was free wifi from reception and a well stocked supermarket open until 10pm at night, the staff where so friendly and welcoming and nothing was to much trouble, outside of the hotel i agree as you will see for yourselfs it is very run down, situated in a residential area with lots of derelict buildings it wasnt pretty but walk 10 mins past this and its a totally different picture, we used to walk in to town of an evening but felt unsafe walking back due to poor lighting and people sleeping in the empty / borded up buildings a taxi back would never cost more than 3-4 euros, i would use this hotel again due to the great service and exceptionaly good value.

Hotel had good breakfast and clean pool and rooms, but it was lacking in atmosphere and was just a dated bolt hole in a run down area a place you don't want to be is how you feel about the hotel although it has no negative aspects as it is clean and in a good location being close to the older part of the town

Room Tip: upper floor
