Young couple in 20s - 1 week all inclusive
We got a taxi from the airport which was about 30mins away €40-€50
Arriving at the hotel at 10pm to be told by the lady at recaption that our room wasn't avabiale until tomorrow, we had to go to a different hotel (although not far away we have booked and paid for the room and there was still people in there that night - not on) lady on reception was appologetic and they paid for taxi and to come back in the morning and it would also be sorted.
Went back to the hotel 10:30am to get to our room to unpack and enjoy our hotel to be told by a different receptionist (name was Kamila) who was very rude and unhelpful that it was not ready till 2pm!!! We have paied for this room from Saturday night and were now told we couldn't get in till 2pm Sunday !! I was more annoyed that they weren't honest last night and said don't come back until 2pm! We could of stayed at the other hotel where we could of left our cases safe and use the pool there!!
She wasn't bothered to help, told us to just go to the beach or something ??? I explaaied I wasn't going to leave my case in reception with no room when I asked for a map of the hotel as we didn't know where anything was - kamila rolled her eyes and got us one and walked off? Very helpful - not!!
We had to take our cases to the pool with us until room was ready!! and as we found out we weren't the only ones they had done this to so be prepared you may be shipped to a different hotel for a night!!
This was such a disappointing start to the holiday as I wouldn't really complain about anything else!

The pool - wasn't too bad, could of done with cleaning more frequently and it is also advertised as being a heated pool which turned out it wasn't at all. Also advertised was a sauna which was not there.

Room was lovely and big, even though all inclusive had a kitchen and fridge which was great for the water, pool view room big bathroom with bath and shower. Great aircon to! You do have to pay to hire it though!

Food was great had a different theme each night, Chinese, Mexican, italtian Spanish. There was also the same stuff chips, burger, sausage, chicken nuggets, fish and salad bar. Theynotso had chefs cooking something fresh each night - pasta chicken steak!

There is only 1 small bar but it does have a good selection of drinks, white, red and rosé wine, beer, vodka and most spirit's , evening entertainment isn't up to much but it would be very good for kids.
A taxi into the main town of corralejo is about €4 or a 20min walk. Lots of nice shops and bars along the front the rock café is good later in the night.

The Dunes beach is lovely a bus from the hotel for free at 10:30 and back at 1 if you want it
All in all a nice relaxing holiday if you want a week in the sun by the pool or beach.

Well just returned from this hotel.went with family including two teenagers.
The waiters were very friendly and helpful, but there was not enough of them.Alexandra on reception was a star ,she is wasted in this hotel she should be in a 5 star hotel.
The room we had was very clean but needed updating.
The pool are was not cleaned until we had been there 9 days it was filthy. Then it was cleaned by every member if staff! Someone told me that they only clean it every 15 days,I don't know if this is true or not.Every other hotel I have stayed have staff that moves sunbeds on an evening and tidies the pool area but not at this hotel!
The bar area if you call it that is a window where you have to queue for 2 drinks served in plastic cups, there are that many plastic cups all over the hotel, enough to fill landfill on their own.
The animation team are very good, they cater for all ages and seem to work all hours.
The food is ok but nothing special, and queues all the time, lots of small children walking about unsupervised,an accident waiting to happen.
This hotel needs fully refurbishing and a bar area ,lounge is needed instead of sitting in tents outside.
The Manager of this hotel needs a wake up call. Should only be a two star if that.
Would definatly not reccomend.

A tad late in a review but have booked to go back in November so all good with this hotel. Traveled on my own and found all the staff very helpful, food was varied and of good quality on all nights but if you want a stroll into town then i would say it's a 20 minute one. Beach close if you turn left out of hotel say around 7 minutes. Stayed in room 510 which was huge and newly decorated. All in all had a fab week away, weather was great and the island just perfect. Have stayed in all price range hotels on my hols and have to say for the money this one is good. Cant wait to return.

I went here with my partner back in June. The staff were very friendly. They even gave us all inclusive wrist bands (not sure whether accidental or not). The rooms were large and as clean as you'd expect. Only around 15 mins walk from the centre.
