We spent 8 nights at La Concha, I would have given 3.5 if I could of as a 3 was a bit low.
Very quirky but lovely place to stay. We only ever saw the cleaner and gardener and we only found reception on the last day.
Plus points - beautiful gardens, beds were comfy (pillows not good though), large wardrobe, shower temperature was fine, we had no problems with warmth. Washing up stuff was provided (unlike Fuerntepark appts) The large Hyperdino supermarket is 5 mins walk away at the nearby shopping centre handy when you're stocking up on arrival. Loads of parking right outside as well.
Downside - Residential area - sometimes loud music and there was a dog who barked and woke us up some mornings. We had to step down in to the appartment the which was a bit cave like as there was no natural light in the kitchen/lounge which made it feel dark and a bit damp. Would have been hot in summer as no air con, we were chilly though in March and didn't even have the window open.
We wouldn't have wanted to stay at an appartment block that was any further out of town as this was a 20 minute walk from the main restuarants etc.
All in all a nice set up,More
