An all around great stay. From the 3 minute check-in to the pristine room to the full midday meal at the restaurant. The hotel is near (around the corner from) the castle and the pedestrian mall of the old city. Gracious staff and spacious room. The hotel is relatively new and thus nice. I chose from the "Meal of the Day" for lunch. Can't be beat for 10Euro. I'd recommend or return.

Room Tip: Ak for a room facing the castle and old city.

Comfy all around. Friendly staff. Stayed two nights. No complaints. Didnt eat in the restaurant. No complaints. Love the tub. Noisy with windows open. Close to castle and center of town. Great people helped me find banking machine. Nice place and hotel. Free admission to museums and castle on Wednesdays.

Stayed at this hotel for one night during a biking holiday. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was basic, clean and quiet (room on the side of the hotel). Good, secure underground parking. Downside was the almost non-existent breakfast in the public bar. However, this is not a problem, as there are plenty of bars in the area that provide good breakfasts. Would stay again if in the area.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the side of the hotel and a high floor.

This is the second year we have stayed while walking the Camino. Nice modern hotel with reasonable prices. English language channels on the telly.

Some pluses: the shower was great and it was close to the castle.

The minuses: unwelcoming check-in process, hard beds, and generally unfriendly staff.

As we were walking the Camino, we wanted to relax. As soon as we arrived, we were treated as unwelcome guests. Trying to sleep, we were assaulted by super hard beds.

It was not a pleasant experience. Stay somewhere else.
