“Worth Staying”
Reviewed 5 January 2012

Hotel Pozuelo was a great place to stay. The service was wonderful. We always felt that we were important guests and were treated with courtesey and respect.

The room was nice and clean, the beds very comfortable, and the room was very quite.

The price included a buffet breakfast, which we found to be quite nice and we also enjoyed having a glass of wine or two at the end of the day.

I highly recommend this hotel. I feel you won't be disappointed!

I booked at Porzuelo because La Finca was fully booked. The hotel has a bit of a family feel but not that the service at the front desk is very forthcoming. The hotel is a bit run down and the rooms are small. The TV is small and with few english Channel options.

The hygiene and beds were ok and not a problem staying there for two nights but it was not value for money and resembled more a 2-Star hotel.

This hotel has been booked by a partner for one night. Reception is rather small and looks more a 3 * than a fourth one.
Breakfast is correct and choice is available. Room was clean, no noise from the road, furniture modern and bed a bit hard.

Wifi free on demand and high speed available.

Small hotel in this suburb (Pozuelo de Alarcon) of Madrid. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was not bad. My rate included a continental breakfast which was not bad (breads, parties, yogurt, fruit, cereals, juices, and Spanish Tortilla). The rooms, however, are traditionally European: very small and sparse. My room did not even have an alarm clock, which was frustrating. The bed was very hard, which I suppose is better than too soft or worn, and I am glad I brought my own pillow as the one they provide is a flimsy imitation. The room was clean with a small TV with limited channels including a few in English. I was able to catch the bus down the block that takes you to the Metro terminal where you can then catch the Metro into Madrid.

  • Liked — Friendly staff.
  • Disliked — Small room.
