We stayed here after cancelling our second night at the local Travelodge for our visit to Chessington World of Adventure. The hotel was clean, well presented and the staff were friendly and helpful. The family room was a good size with the child bed made up and waiting. The cot we requested was also there and made up. The breakfast was tasty with a decent choice. Would stay here again! The hotel website says this hotel is near a main road - which it is but there was minimal road noise so don't let that put you off. We requested a room at the back of the hotel and we could not hear the road at all. It is also next door to the theme park so great for families visiting the park.

I've been at Premier Inn Chessington with my family for three nights while we visited Chessington World of Adventures. The location is excellent, only 5 minutes walk from the park and 15 minutes walk from the railway station.
After having read some of the reviews here, I was expecting much less. The rooms are clean, not too big, but with a cot inside, we still had enough spaced to move freely. The walls are not as bad as described. The bathroom is clean too.
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
Do not miss a meal at the adjacent Beefeater. Excellent food (chargrilled) and value for money.
If visiting the area, do not look any further. Holiday Inn is next door to the park but a lot more expensive and I don't think it is worth it. Strangely enough, Premier Inn and Chessington World of Adventures do not advertise each other. Maybe there's an old grudge!!

Very good location if you need to be close to leatherhead, epsom etc.

Rooms are nice enough very clean and ok size, with tv, tea & coffee etc. I was actually very impressed with the beds and pillows I thought they were incredibly comfy and would of been quite happy to have them at home !

The walls were very thin I could hear next doors conversation word for word and also when they were using shower, taps.

Overall it was good for an overnights stay.

We have stayed at this hotel several times, because of it's convenient location and excellent price.

The staff are friendly and helpful and the food at the adjoining Beefeater is nice enough, though service is sometimes a little slow.

The rooms are clean and well appointed, though not the largest rooms in the world. The beds are generally comfortable.

My only complaint is that the walls appear to be made from paper! On several occasions I have been able to hear the person in the room next door snoring so loudly I have been convinced they were actually in the bed. Flushing toilets and running taps of people in neighbouring rooms can all be clearly heard, as can telephone conversations home. On our most recent stay we listened to every word of a conversation between a guest and the receptionist at midnight for 20 minutes before finally having to go to reception and ask them to be quiet.

All in all it's good value, but I'm surprised they don't get more claims back on their goodnight guarantee!

We wanted to stay in a no frills style Travel Inn, easily accessible to Hampton Court Palace, public transport into London and no cost to park our car. This Premier Travel Inn fulfilled all our criteria. The hotel itself is about 3 minutes walk away from Chessington World of Adventures, and a good 15 minute walk to the nearest railway station, Chessington South giving easy access into London Waterloo Station. Don't take your car to the railway station car park, as there are about 3 spaces, you can walk or take the bus if you want to. The M25 was easily accessible but the usual nightmare.

The rooms themselves are typical Premier Travel Inn style rooms, small in comparison with other ones we have stopped in, but basically typical for London, cramming in more people. The rooms were clean, with basic tea/coffee supplies. The staff very friendly. The walls are paper thin and we could hear a conversation the man in the next room was having on his phone but other than that no problems.

The Beefeater next door is good. Food excellent, If you don't want to eat there, the bar area is very relaxing. The Irish sounding waiter who served us was very friendly.

On the whole good value for money.
