Stayed here 4 nights whilst on business. Although the room was small and no bath it was well equipt. The room was warm and on the last night I was provided with a fan. Apparently other rooms have baths I only had shower staying 4 nights would have liked a bath. Food was decent and the gym is space aged really is a lovely gym I would rate as excellent.

Thank you for your comments and I am so glad that you enjoyed your stay with us. We have many combinations on our rooms and I would suggest that on your next visit that you ask for a bath or even a 'Jacuzzi' which some of our rooms enjoy for a small increase. We did spend a lot of time and effort in the design of the gym and I am delighted to read that you enjoyed your experience.
Kind regards,
Geoffrey Breese,
Managing Director,

We stayed just one night on 25th May for a family get together in Palmers Green, myself, husband, daughter and 2 young children. Lovely location with view from our room of the city skyline which I had not seen before. Rooms were all modern and very clean with a relaxing atmosphere. All staff, whatever their role, were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Even though there was a wedding party that evening the hotel appeared to cope well with the numbers and we did not feel affected by it. Only issue (which happens in many hotels) is people returning to their rooms in the early hours. The doors do shut rather loudly although this also ensures that they close properly for fire risk reasons.
Breakfast selection was extremely good, with all food well presented and fresh, and as usual we all ate more than we would ever do at home! We had two young children with us and they were made very welcome.
Only one relatively small negative, and I'm sure this will be part of the maintenance schedule anyway, is that many of the double glazed windows in the bedrooms were misted up and appeared to be in a poor state of repair. That apart we had a very enjoyable stay.

Thank you for your kind comments regarding your recent stay with us. With regards to the windows requiring attention we are fully aware that some need attention and you are quite right our maintenance team are working on an internal schedule to repair.
We too are proud to be able to see the City skyline from some of our bedrooms including the Shard, Canary Wharf and the O2.
Looking forward to welcoming both you and your family back to the Royal Chace Hotel.
Kind regards,
Geoffrey Breese,
Managing Director.

After been booked in by friends who live nearby we thought bed for a couple of nights. But we
ended up staying 9 nights. The whole hotel was classy with lovely art work around, spotless rooms and, food in both restaurants was good.
When there was a misunderstanding it was soon dealt with and everybody was happy. Will go back
hopefully use their helicopter pad next time .Excellent for the money.

Room Tip: Ask for room overlooking the swimming pool with a bath if staying for a few days

We had our wedding here. We loved it. It was a large wedding of 130 people sit down. No one had any complaints. The food was superb and they had a team of people on hand to make sure the day ran smoothly. The grounds are lovely for photos and being a big irish wedding we drank untill the very early hours which wasnt a problem for the hotel. The rooms were very nice and all in all everyone had a fantastic time.
