Just returned from a week's stay at this B&B and have to again say that it's my favorite place to stay in London. It's a big comfortable detached home in an ideal location just outside of London. It's right across the street from lively Enfield town, with easy access to trains, buses and the tube if one wants to get out of town (the tube is the Piccadilly Line that goes straight into London (40 mins) and Heathrow (90 mins)). My room was most clean and comfortable with its own sink, comfy queen bed, warm duvet, clean towels, and even a t.v., and charming in its what we Americans call shabby chic decor. And the owner, Mrs. Barker, is very friendly, helpful and offers care and concern about her guests' comfort and needs. All of this--plus the reasonable price--makes this place a very inviting accommodation that I highly recommend.

Room Tip: There are several to choose from--and all offer the same except for bed size.

A family home with guests who stay. Sadly no drinks in the bedroom and a little colder than I'm used to. Breakfast pleasant. One stay only for me and mine. Very good location but parking only by arrangement. Cheques accepted with notice otherwise cash only.

If you need to stay in London and need easy access to the city, this has to be the pick of all the B&Bs in North London. Having stayed in a number of hotels recently, staying in this B&B was by far the best. I was comfortable, well attended to and the owners were very friendly, helpful and engaging. The room I stayed in was very warm and cosy even though the outside temperature was cold. I would recommend this B&B, not just for the stay or the area but for the experience, one I should like to have again.

Room Tip: Room at the the back of the house faced on to the park.
