I stayed for two nights while attending a group AGM. I needed somewhere close to the station with a single room and this fitted the bill nicely.

The staff were very welcoming, and couldn't have been more helpful. As I was travelling alone it was really nice to feel looked after. The reception, lounge and breakfast room were all very nicely decorated and the whole place was clean and tidy.

I enjoyed my stay and if I was heading back to this area would stay again.

We stayed here just one night to be able to attend a christening near by. We booked the family room which even though is on the top floor so 2 flights of stairs, was a well laid out room. We really liked the fact that there were 2 separate bedrooms one with a double bed and the other had a single in but we were able to fit the travel cot in as well with no problems. Nice size bathroom as well. Very clean and nice bedding.

We were greeted by a lovely lady who was more than to happy to help with anything we needed. We were back late that evening and had our own key to get in which was good. The breakfast next morning was great, plenty on offer and the staff were more than happy to give the children anything.

Thank you

Needed to be in Goole as I have mobility Hotel not cheap £70 B/B. Must say that is is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever visited. Trouble was this was a guest house not hotel. Rooms had no phones. This meant that to ring a taxi or whatever using my mobile meant a phone call from Spain each time as that is where we live. This resulted in my friends calling round one night, no front door bell. They had to phone the number on the hotel facia to ask if we were in, Lazy owners just said no. They never bothered to cheque. we had not been out since 2p, and this was 8pm. so we never got to see them before we left. The hotel has a bar, bujt beware, it only opens when The St Paul's Players, The Lions Club or the monthly Bingo is held there. 11 days it opened the first 3 then nothing. Breakfast o.k. nothing to write home about. No way will we be returning

Room Tip: O.k for stays of one night. no more I must have been at a different hotel to others or I am too...

We are, as the guest points out, a Guest House (and advertised as one), as such, we are unable to offer some of the services and facilities that one would expect from a larger and more expensive HOTEL, that this guest had obviously expected to receive .

We stayed here one night as we were looking for a relative which we didn't find. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. The stairs to the room were tight as the building is old but well maintained. The staff were great.
