During a two night business stay I found this hotel to be a real gem of a private hotel with real character and great service. Booking was very easy by phone with a real person who laughed at my jokes. Service on arrival was with the same person who smiled! The room is spacious and well appointed for someone who had loads of work to do overnight with efficient air conditioning that worked perfectly on the hottest day of the year. The food available in the evening was delivered quickly and was tasty and uncomplicated but breakfasts were excellent. The full English was great and the eggs Benedict a treat.
All-in-all a great stay at a very reasonable price and I have already recommended it to several colleagues.

Stayed here for 2 nights, myself and daughter, for a concert at wembley, 4th-6th july, staff were all very friendly and helpful, rooms were all clean tidy and comfortable, breakfast was good, continental and full english. Get it included in booking price, or is expensive. Greenford tube station is about 10-15 minute walk away, and about 25 mins into central london, Bond Street. Bus stop across the road to take you to wembley, staff told us which stops we needed, and gave us a taxi card to get back if buses stopped running. Can't find any faults with the hotel, a very enjoyable stay, and would recommed for either a trip to london or concert at wembley.
Would definately stay again.

Room Tip: We had a room at the back, is on a busy roundabout, cant say for rooms at the front, room was very q...

My friend and I stayed in this hotel on a recent trip to visit Wembley stadium. The hotel is a short taxi ride away £10 there and £20 back at 1am. Very comfortable beds and very nice rooms with toiletries and tea/coffee facilities in rooms, staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nice beer garden to enjoy a drink in the sunshine and ample free parking for guests. Would recomend pre booking breakfast as prices are expensive but worth the money if booked in with the price of the room.

Came here on business as the location was convenient. As a clean and spacious place to sleep it definitely served its purpose. I felt safe and comfortable being there alone and would recommend it if you just want an affordable and nice place to use as a base. It was a 10 minute walk from the tube station, which took you into London within 20 minutes - the area was residential with a busy road, but certainly not unsafe.
There were just a few things that really let the place down. The worst being, as others noted, the very thin walls. The person in the room next door was a very loud snorer, and they may as well have been in the same room for the noise level. The other issue was the bathroom - the showerrail was rusty, the main light bulb didn't work, and the towel had a large hole in it. Not make or break things, but they did spoil what could have been quite a pleasant stay.

On the whole, if you want somewhere for a special occasion then this is not the place, but if you are looking for a reasonable and affordable base for business or just visiting the area then you could do much worse.

This tired 3 star hotel is located next to the A40 flyover as well as the Greenford junction roundabout. Constant traffic noise and smell of fumes. The room in which I stayed was
tired, the carpet was threadbare and looked dirty.
There was a dead insect on the writing desk which remained in situ throughout my stay.
This was booked as a business stay. I would not recommend.
Breakfast was unappealing. Drinks at the bar (even non alcoholic) were very expensive.
Couldn't wait to leave.

Every time I go to London I stay at the Bridge Hotel. It's a friendly hotel and the staff on reception are always happy to help with anything you need and make you feel welcome. It has a nice bar and the food is good especially the cooked breakfast. Great transport links too.
