Went with a bunch of friends for itaari - one of the guys was moaning he didnt want to go. He said he heard bad things - but we found the opposite.

Place is a bit small but the food was excellent. Service could have been a bit quicker - but you have to wait if you want ood food.

I think my mate just likes moaning for the sake of it - he was happy when we left.

Overall good experience

“Don't ever go to steakout harrow”

A group of 5 arrived at the restaurant at 845pm. Once we entered, we were told the wait would be 35 mins and to return after this time, as there was no waiting area in the restaurant..

After returning after 40 mins we were told to be patient as there was another customer before us.. 35 mins on we were still waiting to be seates.. after still waiting to be seated we approached the the member of staff who told us there were now 2 families in front of us.. we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and waited to be seated.

20 mins later after no contact from anyone we asked how long and were told again to be patient..

After approching the waiter yet again.. for the 3rd time.. we asked when we would be seated...and was told "soon"...

We then requested to speak to the manager only to be told the member of staff we had been dealing with as in fact the manager!

Chapter 2

After making him aware of our dissatisfaction and poor customer service we were advised as a good will geature they would allow us to wait upstairs while a table became free downstairs.. and not to go and back on wait on the street!!

When we were finally seated upstairs, to our amazememt there were customers onthe 2nd floor eating their meals with empty seating upstairs.. when we questioned this he advised us he didnt want to serve us rubbish food hence why we were made to wait 95 mins on the street.

Deep into this horrendous experience we were now being told that we would be served upstairs. We ordered our food and drinks which they got wrong..even tho there was 5 of us we were given 4 sets of knives and forks and 4 glasses and drinks even tho we clearly ordered 5 drinks!

Our starters were served which were good.. the buffalo wings were nice.. we then waited another 20 mins before requesting for an update on where our food was.. we were told it would be another 20 mins..we then asked two more times as to where our food was the waiter was rather shocked...frantically running away and returning 10 mins later with our food. This was the first time in we were approached and apologised to.. when the food did arrive not everything was there as asked.. and were told that the certain things we had ordered had run out.. they didn't tell us but instead assumed what we wanted and gave us that, based on their assumption.. after tucking into the steaks they were not prepared to our preference and the side orders were half cooked.. at this point it was time to end this ordeal.

We were approached by the waiter and were offered complimentary drinks and a 10% discount on the bill. The waiter then proceeded to provide us with 2 complimentary drinks amongt 5 people which we refused..

We paid the bill but expressed our deep dissatisfaction at the whole experience and requested this be reflected in the bill. We were then told to go and find the manager ourselves and speak to him. When we requested for the manager to come to our table we were told yet again to go find him ourselves.

When leaving the restaurant we noticed we were not the only customers expressing our dissatisfaction, we were then meet by the manager who asked us how our experience was. We told him the night did not meet our expectations, only for him to tell us that we forced tthe staff to seat us in the restaurant, that 2 chefs hadn't made it into work that day, the 2nd floor was still being refurbed and there was no kitchen upstairs and that that there were 2 large parties in the restaurant and he wasn't used to dealing with large parties as he prefers smaller tables with a quick turn around.. which was nice of him to say..

To wrap it up.. Don't go here. Dont waste your time and don't waste your money.
