We booked this hotel for a one night stay as we were watching a football match at Wembley stadium. The accommodation was clean, modern and comfortable. The dining room was tiny though breakfast was good enough. Handy off road parking at the front of hotel. Location was ideal, Wembley approx 30 minutes walk away. Good value for money.

My company booked 6 or 7 rooms for us for a couple of weeks in February. The rooms were clean and some had a full size fridge which was useful. The showers were useless unless you were a certain height. The hotel only offers breakfast, no evening meals and is right in the middle of a housing estate with no restaurants around which is quite problematic. Breakfast was a bit of a strange affair - example - one of my colleagues asked for brown bread and got it a few DSS later however it was reserved specifically for him and not made available generally. Unless he had a twin brother it always seemed to be the same person on duty all the time for both reception and preparing breakfast.

This is a small family owned hotel that is run impecablly.
The rooms are extremely clean comfortable and our room was airy and quiet.
The staff do their very best so that your stay will be comfortable and enjoyable.
Fernando who does everything there, is extremly kind and took care of our needs
like a mother hen.
Unfortunately ,for tourists who whish to get to central London-it's more then 45 minutes ride by train and underground. But I guess that if this hotel was more central it would be much more expensive.

We are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us and were happy with the service you received from our team. Travelling to Central London by tube is always a challenge, however, we generally say it takes between 35 to 40 minutes on a good day!

We pride ourselves on our customer service, cleanliness and always go the extra mile to ensure our guests are comfortable whilst their stay with us.

Once again thank you and we hope to welcome you again soon.

Brent Hotel is very clean and welcoming, it's a good choice for anybody who need to spend a few nights in that area. Nice staff, very clean rooms, quiet neighbourhood, 10 to 15 minutes walk to shops, bank, post office and underground.

Not very practical for families with small children. The bathroom becomes quite impossible to use with babies and toddlers. In wintertime, one may find the rooms rather cold. It seems central heating is really on few hours, then the heaters get cold.

I needed somewhere to stay overnight while visiting London. Everywhere else I looked was either far too expensive, too far from a tube station, or the car park too expensive. And then I found this little gem.
The bed was massive! It filled the entire room almost! It was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The bathroom was small, but perfectly adequate and the shower has to be the most powerful I have ever come across in a hotel which was great. There were plenty of towels and a heated towel rail.
The continental breakfast was ok, and included in the price. For £5 they will provide a cooked breakfast, but as a vegetarian I didn't try this.
I think I may have had a family room (number 11), and there was a small room attached to mine with a single bed, fridge, tv and wardrobe, so this room would be ideal if you are travelling with a child, as there is a door between the rooms too. Perfect for putting the child to bed and being able to chill out.
The hotel is 10 minutes walk from Preston Road tube station, although probably quicker for someone who doesn't walk as slow as me. There is also a parade of shops and takeaways around the tube which is handy.
I only ever saw one member of staff and he was very helpful every time I spoke to him. I feel they went above and beyond their duty when I asked them for assistance with something (I won't go into detail because it would be unfair and people may take advantage). I don't think you would get that level of service at a big corporate chain hotel.
I will definitely stay here again next time I need to visit London.

This hotel is my first choice of stay in London. Compared to London's expensive hotels, the Brent hotel is a perfect deal. Its ideally located in a quite place and few walking distance from the Preston road station where taking an overground followed by an underground you can reach the center of London in 30 minutes. The rooms are clean and comparable to other 4 stars hotels I stayed in in London. My advice, if you are coming to London for vacation, then look no where else. It is the cheapest deal available without the quality compromised.

stayed at the Brent for 1 night as attending Leonard Cohen concert at Wembley Arena, perfect location just a few miles from the Arena, lovely clean hotel with warm freindley staff, room was well equiped with king sized bed and crisp clean white cotton bedding, plenty of tea/coffee in room with small fridge freezer, lovely clean bathroom with plenty of hot warm and powerful shower. Continental self service breakfast was good with all usual options, cereals, toast, cousants, cheeses etc.Could not fault the hotel and would recommend and wouldn't stay anywhere else if attending Wembley

Room Tip: we had room 21 at the rear and was perfect could even see Wembley stadium.
