My fiance and I stayed for one night when visiting London for the Wireless festival at the Olympic Park. For the two of us, including breakfast, we paid just over £110 for the night.

We arrived a couple of hours earlier than allowed check in as we were heading to the festival, so I asked at reception whether we could leave the car in the car park and come back and check in in the early hours. The lady on reception took all of our details so that the room would not be sold again and gave us a car park pass without a fuss and off we went. Had a quick (and very reasonably priced) beer in the attached Beefeater and caught the tube to Stratford - very quick and easy (10mins), would definitely recommend if travelling to the Olympic Park or Westfield.

On arrival back at the hotel at approximately 11.30pm we received a very friendly welcome and checked in without issue. Unfortunately as this is an older Premier Inn, it does not have air conditioning facilities which, coupled with a heatwave, makes for a hot night! The staff had placed a fan in the room, which went some way to making our stay more comfortable, but it was still a very hot evening! Just be warned that you may be a bit warm if you stay in the summer months.

The staff at breakfast left a little to be desired - they were very busy and obviously getting stressed out by the number of guests and their demands. Toast, cereals and fruit are all help yourself with hot items cooked to order. We had a slightly longer wait than we would have expected for our food, but the waitress apologised and explained they had been very busy and the kitchen overwhelmed. Not an issue for us, but may be if you were in a rush or wanting to get off quickly. Good quality food - none of those revolting dust-filled sausages! - in the quantities you wanted. Good value for the price.

Very friendly check out and overall a big tick for the staff. Shame it was a very hot day or I would have nothing but positives for this hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights during a business trip. Spacious, clean rooms in great transport location.
What surprised me the most was the staff. They were extremely polite and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Some luxury hotels should send their staff here for customer service training. This certainly is a great budget hotel. Would recommend and would happily stay here again.

Our first stay at this hotel was in 2000 to visit what was then the Millenium Dome.We have stayed here since every time we visit London which is 2-3times a year. For London it is good value, the earlier you book the better. The staff are always excellent, friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy and the rooms are always warm. The tube station is a stones throw away, get a day saver and you can travel around London all day.The Beefeater restaurant next door is very good, nice staff there too.The car park is free and secure. The area is quite nice with shops and food outlets etc across the road.We always enjoy our stay here.

Room Tip: Request a quite room, they always put us in a quite room.

Me and my daughters stayed at this Premier Inn for 2 nights. We immediately noticed the staff was very friendly and very helpfull.
The room and bathroom were very clean.
The location was perfect: almost next to Redbridge Underground Station. It took us only 30 minutes to Oxfort Street Underground Station.

We have stayed here several times, the staff on reception are always friendly, informative, and never a problem when asking for extra pillows etc.
The breakfasts are always freshly cooked, plentiful and whatever you like, if they've got it, you can have it.
The car park is free which is a bonus and they will check you out of hotel on the last day and you can keep the car there until you come back from your last day in London with no charge.
The fact the tube is literally across the road is a huge plus too. Trains run frequently and really only 30 mins into town.
Love it here. Only gripe is the WIFI connection, the fact that you have to pay for it.
