Easy to find from Gants Hill Station thanks to locals who pointed out the direction. Having arrived from Paris late afternoon we were ready to rest. Stayed here during the week for two nights so I didn't get the night club experience as some reviewers have alluded to. Staff on arrival were nice and efficient. We ordered a room with no aircon but then again we didn't need it, it's pretty cool during July. Good convenient store for food and drinks just a minuet away. There's a laundry place further down the road around 10min walk. Room was sufficient and clean. There was a strong smell however in the hallways as we made our way to our room which we alerted staff and it was tended to, not sure what it was.
We went to the Indian Emporium across the road for dinner on the first night and it was great. Definitely recommend if you don't want to venture too far away on your first night. Nice cocktails in the bar next door. The funny thing I found was the drinks menu stating prices for 1 or two shots then you pay another 1 euro for the mixer coke, sprite or whatever. The bed was a little hard I have to say.
All in all a good place to stay.More
