Dined at the Wilmslow restaurant on the evening of 1st July, a belated 'Father's Day' treat from my daughter. Firstly, lets start with the positives about this place. Starter of bruschetta...nice,followed by a lovely thin crust pizza....end! Negatives... very poor service. My conclusion with the level of service is quite simply too few staff taking on far too much. Tables left far too long before removing 'mess' and preparing for new diners. Generally untidy throughout. Bottled peroni beer is extortionately overpriced (£7 for a 660ml bottle). Ordering food is a case of hand up for waiter's attention or one would sit for an age! Had to complain about a FILTHY dessert spoon, the young lady waiter's attitude was, let's say, in need of serious re-training in responding to a customer complaint. This was followed by yet a further problem, this time with the dirty teaspoon provided with the tea. Following this, given my back was facing the waitresses departure with the said dirty utensil, my daughter witnessed her FLING it angrily to one side on entering the kitchen area. To sum up...the buck stops with the MANAGEMENT, who are clearly resting on their laurels.
