Passing through, stayed at Holiday Inn Wilmslow. Nice people, comfortable rooms at reasonable cost and the breakfast was good too. A bonus is the lowland heath opposite the hotel for a lovely early morning walk!

Room Tip: at rear or inward facing probably

After a long journey, it was great to be welcomed by the receptionists at this establishment. Nothing was too much trouble & they were caring & helpful in ensuring that we had everything we required. This friendly atmosphere continued with all the staff during our stay & will encourage us to return again although not to eat at the Boddington Arms next door ( see my review ).

Room Tip: Rooms on the top floor are serviced by a good lift.

Stayed here as it is pretty close by to places to eat and bars.

The room was good and spacious, was very clean too. Only problem was the room was next to a door in the corridor, i slightly pointless door non the lease, which means early morning and late night all i could hear was the bloody door banging shut. Wasn't the best nights sleep but got some decent sleep.

Room Tip: Away from the door in the corridor

My Mother stayed at the Premier Inn Wilmslow by herself for the first time. She was a little nervous as she had not stayed anywhere by herself for nearly 50 years.
I popped in beforehand to ask that the staff kept an eye on her and gave her a room on the first floor.
They gave her a nice quiet room at the back and every member of staff that she encountered asked if she was okay and told her to ring reception if she needed anything. I think they even rang each other up as well to make sure that they all knew of their "Special" guest.
Many thanks from myself to them all!
Super, Super Service.....

We have used this hotel on three occasions recently and found it to be a great 'basic' no frills family friendly place to stay. The hotel is in good condition, clean and tidy. There are always little niggles, but in general for the price this one is better than the 'average.' The staff are friendly and the Restaurant attached is great, but don't expect anything fancy or out of the ordinary!
The Breakfast sold by Premier Inn is something of a let-down, only one person working at breakfast time and you feel a bit of a nuisance asking to get your things warmed up! The bar does actually 'sell' an all-day breakfast served from 7:00 am, but Premier Inn doesn’t try to promote this in any way! So you have from 7:00 to 9:00 am only, if you get down nearer 9:00 you feel hassled somewhat to eat and go!
