Rooms and cleanliness as you would expect from a premier inn, no issues. Location and price ok too. Stay spoilt by terrible service at the breakfast (expensive enough) where the on shift staff concerned more about bits of paper than seating customers and if you don't like what they want to serve (exactly) then tough. I walked out and got a refund. A shame as the check in service was great.

Hotel was easy to find, on arrival the room wasn't quite ready as we were early, but the lovely lady on reception said if the previous guests had vacated she would get the room ready asap. We went to the adjoing pub, and had some lunch which was very nice and also cheap. If you have young kids you are in luck as the play area is amazing and I wanted to have a go myself!

Got a call after lunch - room is ready. Checked in and got given extra tea and coffee, which was a nice touch. Room was as expected from premier inn- comfortable, clean and roomy.

Our stay was comfortable, staff were friendly and location was perfect - moral of the story is: If you need to stay in Portishead - stay here :-) you won't regret it.

Room Tip: Ground floor are family rooms

We only stayed for one night and stayed as quite a huge group of adults and children as the children had a football tournament. The staff were very friendly. The food was nice and so were the rooms(everything you need) we were a little concerned that our 5 year old would get bored but the facilities were great! They have a huge play room with climbing frames and slides and also some grab machines which seemed to keep them entertained aswell as the older children who seemed to be amused by all of the facilities. Would visit again

We stayed at this hotel for the occasion of a family birthday. We stayed for 2 nights. We have stayed before several times. However, I feel I need to comment on the cleanliness in particular. It was absolutely immaculate. You could not have had better if you were in a five star hotel. Actually some 5 star hotels are not as clean. Our towels were changed every day. Everywhere cleaned every day. Bathroom was sparkling. Even the corridors were immaculate and no hand marks on doors etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful, also cheerful. You felt as if they took a real interest in YOU. They could not do enough for you. We had a lovely lunch in the Brewers Fayre and even when it was busy, the staff in there were great as well. We will always stay here when down visiting family. Well done everyone.

This Premier Inn was an excellent place to stay. The rooms were quiet and comfortable despite being close to a fairly main road. The Reception Staff were very helpful and friendly and were so willing to do anything for you. It was placed right next door to a Brewers Fayre where you could have a lovely breakfast and good choice of evening meals. Very handy for Bristol only about 15mins away. Will definitely stay there again.
