We stayed at the Plush hotel the day before my wedding and took over the whole hotel. The staff were so accommodating and I was so relaxed. It was a perfect way to spend the night before my big day! I would thoroughly recommend this hotel!
Thanks to all the staff who made it so fab!

We stayed at the plush hotel the night before my daughters wedding, we took over all the rooms and it was a fantastic evening, we had a meal cooked and all sat together so those who didn't know each other did so before the wedding. The staff were all very friendly and could not do enough for us, even got crayons and books for my 2 grandchildren a very nice touch. Only wish we had stayed another night instead of staying at rooms with the venue.
The pool was really nice and a good place to chill and also to entertain the children. All rooms were really clean and comfortable with plenty of space.
Many thanks to all staff who made our staff memorable and enjoyable.

I am pleased to hear that the day before your daughter's wedding was relaxed and stress free. Our aim is to create a relaxing start to any journey, whether it's the day before you travel, or before a big event. I am glad that we achieved this. We hope to welcome you back in the future.

We have just returned from this hotel today. We arrived there on Tuesday and had no idea what to expect.
When you arrive you have to ring reception for them to open the gates. Staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed in room 8 (there are only 9 rooms). It was a very nice room. Only problem was the bathroom. The sink has no plug, so the water goes straight down the drain. When you try to get hot water the tap is on full blast and squirts everywhere. Also, it isn't a proper shower, it's a wet room. Be careful the whole bathroom gets soaked. We had to dry out our toilet rool and the spare!
The beds were OK, but a bit hard for us.
The pool was very good, but there aren't proper changing rooms. Just two toilets and a cornered off area. While we were there the hot tub wasn't working so i can't say anything about that.
Breakfast was lovely, good spread for continental. We did not get to try a cooked breakfast but I am sure it is fine.
Overall it is very nice and we hope to return soon!

We stayed at the Plush Hotel and had a lovely weekend. Met lovely people, had a fantastic meal, staff were wonderful, room was big and comfortable, bed was as good as ours at home. Had a complimentary drink on arrival which set us off on a lovely stay. A really comfortable relaxed place to stay, not stuffy, very informal just what you needed for a chill out. Every body had time to share a few words. We really enjoyed our stay and will definately go back. Thank you for wonderful hospitality.

Room Tip: Take your swimsuit, a lovely warm pool with jacuzzi where you can sit and chat comfortably. If you d...

The place is really nice and luxurious, staff are friendly, nice lush swimming pool/jacuzzi....

I stayed in room 1 which had the biggest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel...could have slept there!!

No phones in the room so you have to get dressed again inorder to go look for staff.

The food was brilliant but expensive and the portions are small, guess rich people don't eat much!

I think this hotel is geared towards people staying for one night before catching a flight the next day and for that purpose it's fine. I would definitely stay there again and again...

We stayed here the night before our flight, as you do, and everything about it was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was lovely and comfortable, and the food was very good indeed. We would certainly stay here again.

Me and my girlfriend traveled to the UK to visit family and wanted to book a hotel close to Bristol airport as we had a return 6am fight.

We arrived about 10pm, the hotel felt very secure with electric gates securing the car park. The lady on the front desk was more than helpful, asking do we have time for breakfast, when we said no, she said ok there will be a takeaway breakfast here for you.

The hotel room was simply stunning and very large compared to most hotels with a 4 poster bed (and this is a standard room). The room was immaculately clean and there was plenty of wardrobe space.

It was a shame we didn't get to use the pool, that looked amazing.

Would recommend to anyone, and hope to return one day!

only negative points, and they are very minor issues.
a) Girlfriend could no find a hairdryer in room
b) Without trusting satnav, you could be lost quite easy.
c) Alot of steps from carpark to reception, so old people beware.

Room Tip: Tips not needed, the room we had was standard, but was outstanding!

I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us. Thank you for bringing the missing hairdryer to my attention, I have replaced it. With regards to elderly or handicapped people, we do advise them to park at the front of the hotel.
We hope you do return, and we look forward to welcoming you back in the future.
