I'd like to give some feedback on our stay the 21st Nov.
The hotel has absolutely no resemblance to the description on the website http://www.lynwoodguesthouse.com/. I'm sure that this website refers to a different guest house.Our room (no:3) was not one of the "9 beautiful, very comfortable guest rooms". It smelt, had old, junkyard furniture, the light shades wouldn't stand up straight, the ripples and cracks in the wall paper, the badly finished, bodge-jobbed bathroom, the old mattress that you could feel the bed base through etc etc. Your description is incorrect and does not represent the reality.
"Compared to other Redhill and Gatwick guest houses, nothing beats Lynwood Guest House for genuine hospitality". Again, I disagree. We left you Guest house at 11:30pm and found a much nicer hotel on the road to Gatwick that was cheaper.
"100% satisfaction is guaranteed". No. I am not satisfied, therefore I shall not pay.
"Lynwood Guest House - one of the top Redhill and Gatwick Guest Houses!". If this is true, I pity the other guest houses.

The AA normally lists quality accommodation, in this case, no. I can not find you guest house in the AA's list. Where is it?
After the fire alarm went off at 11:20pm, with no explanation for the false alarm, my trust in your fire alarm system, and hotel was finished!...so we left immediately.
