Been too long since my last visit and as this one was unplanned went for the bacon sandwich rather than my usual small breakfast.

As normal lovely local produce and the granary bread was very tasty and well the white bread was a doorstop for sure.

Great service from Dan as always and a lovely expresso to wash it down.

PS (sorry they looked so good we forgot to take photo at the start).

After a swim party at Redhill House Hotel we took 12 excited 4yr olds to the Bus Cafe for a birthday tea. The children all loved it! Dan couldn’t have been more friendly & accommodating & sorted everything out making it stress free. Great coffee for parents too. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend!

The cafe is an old single-decker bus, converted into a cafe and is full of character. I am a vegetarian & only drink de-caf. drinks and nothing was too much trouble. Most of the food probably comes from the lovely farm shop next door and I think the menu said local sausages.

The food was delicious and we were looked after so well, on this damp morning - a really warm welcome.

We will definitely be back.

If your after a good English breakie within a quirky environment the Bus Cafe is a great place to go.
Have been meaning to pop in for ages and so pleased we finally got round to it.
Welcome was warm and will be returning again next weekend.
Be sure to check out the farm-shop next door too.

Every time I call in to the Bus Cafe, Dan's welcome is warm and friendly with just enough banter to make the experience very enjoyable.

I am always amazed at how Dan produces such wonderful, tasty breakfasts in that small kitchen area - it's like a magician producing rabbits out of a hat! Come to think of it, rabbit hasn't been on the menu in all the time I've been calling in.
