Waiteress was obviously not listening to what we ordered as one of our meals was wrong and forgot other items we ordered . Seeing as it is a Beefeater the cook doesn't seem to now the difference between a frying steak and a rib eye.

Poor,won't be going again.

We had been for a few drinks on the Sunday night, First impressions with the new look restaurant was good, Staff very friendly..... MONDAY night we would give it a try with high hopes, we did not book, it's a Monday night the car park was not full. We would after wait 45 minutes for a table. Looking around 14 empty tables, the place was less than half full . So we went off to the Riverside Restaurant Acton Bridge for our meal it was very good to. Beefeater this is not good 45 minutes for a tables... very disappointing

After picking up a friend from Liverpool Airport we decided to eat here rather than heading back to Manchester, as it was getting towards 8pm and we were hungry.
First impressions were generally favourable; the service was good but we had to wait for a table. No worries; off to the bar we go.

After nearly half an hour a table was free and in good condition. Our orders were dealt with quickly but then a few issues occurred;

The service was a little slow and my steak arrived undercooked. Admittedly I am very fussy about having mine well done but I had specified this at the time of order. They brought a nice new steak and even replenished the chips with the new plate, however, so one point gained there,

I didn't have dessert but my friend did and he didn't have any complaints,

A pub I might visit again if heading down to the Wirral or Liverpool Airport, but not one on my regular route. Would advise to give it a go if passing by; just don't expect anything fancy. Very easy access between junctions 11 and 12 of the M56.

Waited forty minutes from placing order to having food delivered to the table. Very poor.
Also, one of the meals was not exactly what was ordered.
Very expensive for a very poor experience.
