Club Seabourne was a very nice place to stay. It seems that they may have upgraded recently given other reviews, but we found the place clean and very nice. We stayed in a pretty basic room, but even it had a renovated bathroom, clean fresh linens, it's own porch with newish furniture, and a flat screen TV that we didn't have time to watch.
The restaurant was delicious, and bar area seems very trendy and modern, but not overdone.
Culebra is still a fairly rustic island, and CS was able to give us an element of luxury while still remaining a small, cute place true to the old spirit of the island.
If you are looking for a really fancy resort, you might not want to go to Culebra. However, the experience of Playa Flamenco and the experience of going off the beaten path seem well worth it to us.
