We recently stayed in the Bullima cabin with friends of ours (2 couples in total), the bedrooms were private from one another and the kitchen was well supplied with all our needs. The fire was amazing and we loved having the paddymelon (wallabies) come around for a feed whenever we ventured outside.
Only staying 2 nights and spending the days exploring the hunter valley wineries etc, we did not get to utilise all the property has to offer but the included breakfast was spot on and we ate dinner both nights and the meals were amazing! we were very impressed with the quality and the service, it was fine dining in the bush :-) DVD's, games, newspapers all available....
Only disappointing moment was when we found out the due to NSW Health & Safety regulations the outdoor spa was preset between 32-34 degrees. I have never in all my accommodation with spa's heard of such a regulation and living on the warmer Mid North Coast I never go in a spa unless it is a minimum of 37, but preferably 38-39 in winter. So we didn't hop in the spa at all which was one of the main reasons we chose this accommodation.
Otherwise can't fault :-)
